Location, location, location! Conveniently located near The Wright Brother's National Memorial and centrally located to several 'Best of the Beach' award winning restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall, Kitty Hawk Kites, and Jockey's Ridge State Park. If you are a lover of sea life, Nags Head Pier is within a couple of miles. Take a day trip to Hatteras Lighthouse, head over to Manteo, or drive up to Corolla where you can see wild Spanish Mustang horses grazing in their natural habitat.

Property features include: cable TV with 2 flat screen TVs, free WiFi, direct beach access, and an outdoor pool. Sleeping arrangements include: One king bed in master, Queen bed and twin in guest room. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking on site and luggage lift for guest convenience.

Not terrible for a short stay

It was a great spot location ans property. The host is very reaponsive. There were a few hiccups regarding the smell mentioned in previous reviews, kitchen sink water lacking, the beach access rinse off/ shower spot wasn't operable either. A few days it was fine.

Off-season stay at beach condo

We stayed for 2 nights, out of season. Handy beach access. Quiet location - not sure how it would be in-season. Comfortable beds and fairly well equipped kitchen, good internet and cable/TVs. The VRBO listing changed after booking, as the condo now doesn't come with linens/towels - so you either have to bring everything now, or rent them. Also - no toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc on arrival and it is a pain to have to drive further away to a rental office to simply get a code for a lock on the door, that could have been provided electronically. I would look for somewhere more modern in the future for the price.

Wonderful week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The pictures and description were accurate and it was well cleaned when we arrived. Great central location to explore the area, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. One of the smoke detectors needed a new battery when we arrived, Shana got us a replacement in a timely and convenient manner. Great unit, great host!

Beach-tastic 😍

The property was as described. We lived the location to beach, Wright Brothers museum, shops and food.we loved waking up to see the ocean. Owners are amazing. Hope to stay again.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed this location. Corner patio with a great cross breeze when you open the main door. Kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. The condo is clean, comfy and feels like home away from home.

First time in the Outer Banks

My family and I stayed here and loved it! This property was in an excellent location close to so many restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was priceless. The condo came equipped with everything you would need to just show up and relax. We also loved that there was a pool. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was clean, quiet, and in a great location right on the beach. We loved the constant breeze and crash of waves. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and private access to the beach just beyond the pool. We could just come and go (to the beach) as we pleased without dragging a bunch of gear around. The whole family had a great time staying there.

Beautiful view and comfy beds

We had a comfortable, relaxing few days in the Outer Banks. Sitting on the deck and watching the sun rise over the ocean was pretty amazing. The floors could use better sweeping/mopping/vacuuming in between stays. Also, the kitchen has very few items: just enough dishes, and absolutely no condiments to compliment meals. We were grabbing meals at local establishments, but if you plan on cooking quite a bit, you’ll want to make sure you bring supplies with you.

The property looked better in the pictures. It was old and smelled old. No welcome book to explain TV. Never found the remote on the front bedroom TV. Closets had owners junk just thrown in them and kitchen cabinets looked the same I was happy we only had to stay 2 nights on the positive the internet worked great

Perfect family getaway!

My husband, two kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kill Devil Hills!! The owner was very responsive and incredible to work with to plan our last minute trip. The condo was the perfect size for our family and very clean. The pool and beach access were very convenient. Great location with access to many great restaurants and Jockey’s Ridge State Park (a must see). Also recommend visiting Corolla and taking a wild horse tour as well as exploring around Duck. Overall it was a great trip. Thank you Shana!!

Great Location!

This side unit is perfect for a family! Situated beach front with direct beach access makes it easy to carry chairs and toys just a short distance. As an early morning riser, I was able to drink my coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins and enjoying amazing views of the sun rise over the ocean. The new owners have beautifully decorated this condo for a fresh and comfortable home away from home. Linens and towels are complimentary which made my vacation packing much easier. The owner was great to talk with and could offer lots of suggestions for sight seeing in the area. I will definitely keep this location in mind for another visit to OBX.

Read this review before booking-

As a former OBX, VRBO property owner- The location is good, but that's about all. The living area consists of goodwill type furnishings with an awfully dining table that was Smelly and sticky. The TV cable had almost no sports or business channels. The kitchen had no toaster oven or keurig coffee maker, just a old toaster and drip pot. The kitchen cold water was broken. The bathrooms were 1975 style with a faucet dripping in middle bath and both toilets needing plugging from time to time, and old and moldy. We asked for blankets, but Management ignored the request. It's typical OBX Management, put the vacationers off until there week is up. The place needs renovation. smelly and sticky.

The property listing is deceiving. There was not a smart lock in operation, only a key box with one key for 4 people. The property was not clean, limited linens and the pool area was not available. The property is dated and not reflected accurately on the listing. Our check in was delayed by almost 2 hours due to lack of sending the code for the key box.

Wonderful stay despite the rain.

First time to the bank in about five years. Left home early to avoid the traffic, arrived early in the rain and after a breakfast, drove to Nags Head south and then circled around and headed north on the main road to check on what new has been added in the past several years. With rain continuing to pour down, parked in the condo lot and just waited until seeing the cleaning personal which included the condo owner. We were able to get in an hour early. The place was clean and looked very inviting. Having some sun Sunday, we enjoyed the pool but rain thru Wednesday put the kabosh on things. We still had our favorite places to eat out and enjoy other activities. Thursday and Friday was great for the pool and ocean water. It then began raining Saturday to see us off on our return home. Overall, was totally pleased with the earlier correspondence and ease of obtaining the rental.

Strandurlaub Outer Banks

Wir wollten einen schönen Strandurlaub auf den Outer Banks erleben, leider nicht in dieser Unterkunft. Sie war nicht sauber, keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Wir haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und versuchen nun unsere Vorauszahlung zurückzubekommen.
