Two-bedroom, two-bath condo (sleeps 5) with pullout couch available to sleep two more if needed. Beautiful ocean views from your balcony.

Location, location, location! Conveniently located near The Wright Brother's National Memorial and centrally located to several 'Best of the Beach' award winning restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall, Kitty Hawk Kites, and Jockey's Ridge State Park. If you are a lover of sea life, Nags Head Pier is within a couple of miles. Take a day trip to Hatteras Lighthouse, head over to Manteo, or drive up to Corolla where you can see wild Spanish Mustang horses grazing in their natural habitat.

Property features include: cable TV with 2 flat screen TVs, free WiFi, direct beach access, and an outdoor pool. Sleeping arrangements include: One king bed in master, Queen bed and twin in guest room and pull out couch.Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking on site and luggage lift for guest convenience.

No pets or smoking in unit. Renters must be at least 21 years of age.

Overall this was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. I was thrilled with the location and access to beach. Location was phenomenal. All food we ate was fantastic. I was very pleased with everything. I would stay here again off season.

This was a nice place, accurately described. The luggage lift was very helpful since this is a raised second floor unit. This unit had a 75 view of the water from the balcony. We brought our own sheets and towels. Luckily we brought toilet paper and paper towels because there was nothing at all provided along those lines. We were able to get in early which was great but I would be hesitant to rent again from the management company.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The pictures and description were accurate and it was well cleaned when we arrived. Great central location to explore the area, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. One of the smoke detectors needed a new battery when we arrived, Shana got us a replacement in a timely and convenient manner. Great unit, great host!

It was a great spot location ans property. The host is very reaponsive. There were a few hiccups regarding the smell mentioned in previous reviews, kitchen sink water lacking, the beach access rinse off/ shower spot wasn't operable either. A few days it was fine.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was clean, quiet, and in a great location right on the beach. We loved the constant breeze and crash of waves. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and private access to the beach just beyond the pool. We could just come and go (to the beach) as we pleased without dragging a bunch of gear around. The whole family had a great time staying there.

First time in the Outer Banks

My family and I stayed here and loved it! This property was in an excellent location close to so many restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was priceless. The condo came equipped with everything you would need to just show up and relax. We also loved that there was a pool. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

I expected our unit to have a view as shown above, we were off at the end with side view - BUT this time of year was good for moon setting and sun rise….Not very clean sad to say….. No toilet paper or soaps in bathrooms, Floors quite dirty, kitchen pots and utensils could be upgraded….Luggage lift broke down as we were leaving!! Cable broken - thank goodness I am tall and have long arms so I could reach everything! Location and beach were fine.

My husband, two kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kill Devil Hills!! The owner was very responsive and incredible to work with to plan our last minute trip. The condo was the perfect size for our family and very clean. The pool and beach access were very convenient. Great location with access to many great restaurants and Jockey’s Ridge State Park (a must see). Also recommend visiting Corolla and taking a wild horse tour as well as exploring around Duck. Beautiful view and comfy beds

We had a comfortable, relaxing few days in the Outer Banks. Sitting on the deck and watching the sun rise over the ocean was pretty amazing. The floors could use better sweeping/mopping/vacuuming in between stays. Also, the kitchen has very few items: just enough dishes, and absolutely no condiments to compliment meals. We were grabbing meals at local establishments, but if you plan on cooking quite a bit, you’ll want to make sure you bring supplies with you.

Off-season stay at beach condo

We stayed for 2 nights, out of season. Handy beach access. Quiet location - not sure how it would be in-season. Comfortable beds and fairly well equipped kitchen, good internet and cable/TVs. The VRBO listing changed after booking, as the condo now doesn't come with linens/towels - so you either have to bring everything now, or rent them. Also - no toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc on arrival and it is a pain to have to drive further away to a rental office to simply get a code for a lock on the door, that could have been provided electronically. I would look for somewhere more modern in the future for the price.
