Lovely grounds but unit needs updating

This condominium building is excellent for its garden, pool and location. The unit itself could use some improvement. You must bring your own bed linens and towels although Giesa was able to get me some. There is no heat which is not a problem most days but was a problem when I stayed in August. The unit is about 60 square meters and also has a large sundeck. It is quite and the staff attentive. There is no Internet in the unit but outside in the building they have some. The complex has a nice gym and washer/dryer in the basement. They have beach chairs. There is no hot water at the sink but there is hot water in the shower. The outlets will allow US style plugs. I thought the pricing high compared to other units in Guaruja. The

Lugar bem localizado, o Condomínio Residencial Pantai Enseada é lindo, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, piscina limpinha e o apartamento é super aconchegante e agradável, suportou minha família tranquilamente, voltaremos . O condomínio fica na Enseada com excelente localização, serviço de praia, funcionários muito eficientes do condomínio. O apartamento é funcional, com a facilidade de dois banheiros, e ar condicionado. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente!

Maravilhoso!

Amamos nossa estadia no Cond. Pantai, a proprietária Geisa sempre atenciosa, os funcionários do condomínio sempre muito solícitos. Tudo lá é muito organizado e equipado para uma estadia com conforto, além de ser defronte à praia. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes pois virou meu favorito!
