Ap kitnet for 4 people very comfortable between Casa Grande and Acqua Mundo
The cond is in front of the beach, just cross the street.
There are several kiosks with chairs and umbrella, to use them just eat from their menu.
The beach also offers banana boat rides, jet skiing, surfing courses among others.
Next to the famous hotel Casa Grande, Morro do Maluf, Pão de Açucar supermarket, Compre Bem and Carrefour Hypermarket.

Lovely grounds but unit needs updating

This condominium building is excellent for its garden, pool and location. The unit itself could use some improvement. You must bring your own bed linens and towels although Giesa was able to get me some. There is no heat which is not a problem most days but was a problem when I stayed in August. The unit is about 60 square meters and also has a large sundeck. It is quite and the staff attentive. There is no Internet in the unit but outside in the building they have some. The complex has a nice gym and washer/dryer in the basement. They have beach chairs. There is no hot water at the sink but there is hot water in the shower. The outlets will allow US style plugs. I thought the pricing high compared to other units in Guaruja. The
