Ideal for families or friends' escapes, as well as travel professionals, this haven comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests for a seamless blend of relaxation and exploration.

Friendly neighborhood, mainly families in the area

You will have street parking as well as the driveway available to park - no garage access will be provided
♦This is a NON Smoking home. If any smoking is found inside the house, there will be a $500 fine. There is plenty of patio, use that please! :)
♦Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of $500 will be applied for any violation of this policy.
♦Absolutely NO Parties or events.
♦No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
♦We have one, actively recording camera (doorbell camera) overlooking the front door, one overlooking the back yard, one overlooking the front of the house which record video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video. No video/audio recording anywhere inside the house.
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.

We really enjoyed this property. The pool was clean and fun for all ages, probably our favorite thing about this property. Aside from that, the home was comfortable and clean and we found it a good central location for everything we were wanting to do. Would stay here again.

Recently remodeled interior, extremely well kept and clean upon arrival. Contact with the host was easy and they were super responsive/helpful. Backyard and pool was perfect for the kids.

Arizona weekend

This property has a lot of potential but it fell way short. It's been nicely renovated and is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. This is house is in dire need of a deep cleaning. The bed linens were either permanently stained or not cleaned, I'm not sure. The rug in the family had food smashed into it. The bath towels are very old. The patio furniture is worn, not sturdy and has holes in the cushions. The backyard was very nice but was not cleaned before our stay. We took the time to clean up the large pile of bird poo by the back door and swept up the broken glass on the patio. We left the hotdog wrappers and debris from previous guests. Sadly we were disappointed but with a better cleaning crew this could be a 5 star VRBO.
