Leave lanyards for pool/laundry and parking permit on the counter ($50 fee if not returned), and ensure the door is locked on the way out!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the unit or on the lanai. It is ONLY allowed in a designated smoking location in the parking lot.

The owners have gone above and beyond to equip this unit as a home away from home! They have put a lot of thought into ensuring they have provided anything you could possibly need:) Nice location close to the walking trail & amnenities! Great communication and they also inquired how they can improve as well! They made our 30th Anniversary special and one to remember!
We had a great vacation on Kauai and this condo was perfect for us. It is centrally located on the one major highway, providing quick access to all the island attractions by car and anything we needed was available within easy waiking distance or a short car trip. Plantation Hale Suites is an older property but this unit has been beautifully renovated. The host was excellent to work with and responded very quickly throughout the booking process, during and after our stay. The condo was very well equipped with everything you might need for a very comfortable stay, from the kitchen to the king bed and extras like a cooler, beach umbrella, chairs and towels. We would certainly stay again. Thank you Nicole and DC!
This condo was thoughtfully renovated. It's clean, fresh and modern. There are a lot of extras included like beach chairs, Beach umbrella, zip lock bags, a drying rack and so much more. They were very thoughtful to make it feel like home. They were also great to work with. We had one little hiccup with the hot water at the beginning and they had someone out there to fix it within hours. I only mention it because of how quickly they were to get it fixed. I would definitely stay again!
I was here for work and really wanted peace and quiet and a kitchen. I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and organization of the owners. You'd be hard pressed to come up with something they haven't thought of. Everything was right at my fingertips. Bonus: I feel about tea the way these folks feel about coffee! So I really appreciated the kettle (in fact, it was one of the things I looked for when booking. The only thing better would have been an electric kettle:). I travel with my own loose leaf 2nd flush Darjeeling and an infuser, and I was so pleased that they didn't insult us paltry few tea aficionados by calling the Keurig a coffee AND tea maker:). The setting was just as described, and the unit gets raves for comfort, cleanliness, and just coziness. So happy I started here

Why they chose this property
Kapaa is a great place to be able to explore both the north and south side of an island during your stay. Its a 10 minute drive from the airport and has lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.
What makes this property unique
We have spent a lot of time renovating it and outfitting it in a way that is clean, modern and comfortable. We have tried to provide all the things guests may need during their stay- from Ziplocs to beach chairs.
