It is designed as AN ADULT ONLY personal vacation residence (couple's or adult get-away), and added to VRBO in the hopes that we might meet some great people who will enjoy it as much as we do! The condo is designed to accommodate adults and guests over the age of 25 only. Recently painted and brand new beach-wood floors! It is professionally decorated ongoing to make you feel special and give you the comforts of home. Granite, Stone tile, maple cabinetry, designer furnishings, custom accessories, pewter and brushed nickel finishes. The condo literally opens to the sea through the wall of sliding glass back doors, with minimum stairs entering the condo it is extremely convenient and relaxing. MAIN LEVEL-ON THE OCEAN! SEE VIDEO TOUR. Simply walk to the sand and ocean out your back door and easily refill your favorite beverage. This condo has been impeccably maintained as a personal vacation residence and you will appreciate and feel the difference. We welcome you to vacation at Seabox, as it is named by our family. Amazing Beach Time

We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. It is the best location and being able to walk right out onto the beach is amazing! The condo is nicely decorated with very nice appliances. We will definitely be going back.

What a view! Loved the access to the beach. Our only complaint was the living room furniture was uncomfortable and has seen better days. Discovered this on rainy days, otherwise the beach can’t be beat!

Beachfront getaway

Easy access to the beach. Minimal steps for elderly or guest with limitations. Chair rental service was good. Just be sure to use credit card or get a receipt with cash payment.

Seabox was great!

Seabox is the perfect property, located directly on the beach. Gorgeous view from the sliding doors and patio. Your condo had everything we needed. We rented beach chairs but it was also nice to be able to take a chair down to the water. We had a great time, thank you!

What a beautiful location! Very clean and well maintained! I would highly recommend staying here. The Gulf is right outside the patio doors. The view is spectacular!

Didn't want to leave...

This condo is just lovely. The only reason to leave the extremely comfortable King bed is to walk right out on the beach to your waiting chair and umbrella. Preparing meals is a joy while looking out toward the ocean and both smart tvs offer all the streaming apps you will need. I love the new stacking W/D wow very nice. My stay this year had an unfortunate occurrence where the ac decided to quit in the middle of the night. Shellie, the owner, responded promptly and had it replaced. Luckily the unit is on the bottom floor, so temps never rose above 80 degrees. Between the large ceiling fans and the beach, I was quite comfortable until cool air began to blow again :0)

Still our favorite

This is our third stay in Seabox and it’s still our favorite condo on 30A. The beach is literally steps away with only 4 or five stairway steps to navigate. The condo is very well stocked and everything is exactly as advertised, not to mention sparkling clean. Shellie has always been easy to communicate with as well. Our only “complaint” this year is the area is just getting more and more popular, so we had to be early birds to make sure we had a good spot on the beach. Highly recommend this unit, and I’m sure we’ll be back.

The perfect getaway

The property is exactly as described. Directly on the beach in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic and highway noise and the "touristy" aspects you might expect from many of the Emerald Coasts lodging venues. It was just my wife and myself and a retreat after a stressful year for her in a high pressure position, so no kids, no work distractions, and just a week to soak in the salt life. Our arrival was flawless and the keypad made checking in easy, We were surprised by the number of things that we found that made it obvious that it was an owner's personal condo. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking prep utensils. It was like walking in to someone's home. The pay it forward aspect is maybe one of the best things. Shellie does not throw away perfectly good salt shakers, olive oil, spices, or other non-perishable goods that the previous guest may choose to leave behind, so we could have literally cooked a meal without buying anything other than the food items, although we chose to eat out for almost every meal. The king bed was comfortable, and the condo has two toilets and shares one shower. It has a brand new washer/dryer combo, and we lacked for nothing. The beach is right out the back door. The condo has a small patio, and there's a boardwalk behind the condo that leads to the beach, which is only four steps down, which is great for guys whose knees have seen better days. We paid for beach service so we had a couple of chairs and an umbrella each day. My advice would be to call them before you arrive so they can put them out on your first full day on the beach. The condo is clean, it was exactly as promised, and it will definitely be on our radar for a return trip to 30A!

My uncle purchased this condo as a personal vacation residence years ago and rarely rented it to guests. After visiting the unit myself, I completely fell in love with it. I began assisting my uncle with leasing the condo to his close family and friends. I decided to purchase the unit from my uncle in 2011, and we have kept it in our family and listed it on VRBO in the hopes of finding nice guests that will enjoy visiting the unit to make incredible memories of their own. Why they chose this property

Seagrove Beach is literally the best kept secret and this condo is nestled in the best area between Rosemary Beach and Watercolor Resort, just a 3 mile walk to the famous SEASIDE. We love the short walk or drive to Goatfeather's Seafood Market (East location). It is our favorite place on earth. The condo is privately located on Eastern Lake Road just off of 30A on the east side of Seagrove.

Incredible shopping, dining, Golf, marinas, fishing, Art Galleries, walking and biking. This specific unit is ON THE BEACH, off of 30A, but away from traffic. Complete escape but within a mile of restaurants, shops and 3 miles from the town of Seaside! Bike or walk easily to lunch, shopping, etc or stay in for peace and quiet right on the beach!
