Ward's Cottage is a 3BR ranch that overlooks the White River and is situated on the 5-acre grounds of the White River Canoe Company. Freshly renovated, it looks like new construction and is too cute not to see. Our VRBO house next door sleeps up to13- great for a large combined group. The house is 5 minutes from downtown Noblesville, 7 miles from Grand Park, and 1 mile from Mustard Seed Gardens.
