This is the second time we have stayed here, and it has been wonderful both times. The property is clean, safe and has nice amenities. The access to the beach is about as close as you're going to get. Plan on returning again next year. No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful view from the room / lanai looking over the pool in an oasis of greenery. Great place to walk the beach and view the sunset. Many restaurants nearby to choose from - the Bubble Room was especially fun. Lots of room in the condo and storage in a pantry in the kitchen was mostly open for use. We felt right at home.

Great view and property amenities. Location is great however the sleeper sofa and love seat are dirty and the sleepers is nothing but springs. I also believe the host needs to provide more of a starter pack and offer more towels. The ad for the unit said that housekeeping was available on request. When I asked for a midweek cleaning I was told that had to be booked in advance with no effort to help me. I do appreciate the beach chairs and beach towels.

I gave the guest of two guests 4 beach towels 4 hand towels two kitchen towels 4 beach towels and 4 wash cloths they asked mid week the night prior for cleaning the next day I need at least two days notice for all extra cleanings required especially during the very busy time period they were there I always tell guests that sleepers are not comfortable if you have an adult on a sleeper sofa they will NOT be comfortable at all just a fact....

Accommodations were perfect. Ocean view was beautiful. Watched sunset every night easy walk to the pool and beach! Furniture was comfortable bed and pillows were amazing!

The location was perfect! Beautiful beach and the grounds were immaculate, landscaping awesome. Very convenient to restaurants. Nice view from the screened balcony. On the downside, the condo had a very strong mildew smell.

Great view!

Great views! Unit was dated but sufficient for our stay. We saw dolphins, manatees, and many other wildlife. It was quite a long drive to the mainland but the seclusion and chill atmosphere was worth it!

Great place on the beach!

We loved our stay! The unit was located near the pool and only a short walk to the beach! We had everything we needed. Side note: with our long stay and lack of nearby grocery stores, it’d be nice to have food storage containers in the unit.

sorry due to new covid regulations we are not allowed to provide re-usable plastic containers just like we are not allowed to leave ice in the ice makers any more welcome to the new covid world really is terrible what I have had to remove and not provide in the unit I am glad you enjoyed your stay and the short walk is great amazing location agreed.

anniversary trip

Very quiet area. Building back after storms so beginning to take shape.Yes the elevator started working. Nice condo and a short walk to the beach. Some issues on check in but was mostly my fault. Kim responded immediately and issue was solved. We love coming to this area. The beach is beautiful and the seclusion is hard to find. Thanks for a very nice trip.

Great location! We would stay here again after the elevator is functioning again!

The location was excellent. Communication was quick, but a bit weird. The rooms were clean except for a sanitary liner stuck on the bathroom door. Crazy, but we will certainly stay here again!

Captiva Beachfront Gem

Efficient property best for a couple. Incredible view of the beach, especially for sunsets! Kitchen small but well equipped. Great lanai for enjoying the view. Several restaurants within walking distance. Pool very close to this unit. Construction on Sanibel and Captiva is ongoing as people rebuild their properties. This did not bother us at all. The islands were far less crowded as in past years. Great Experience overall!
