The home was clean, spacious, well appointed and in a great location. We would have enjoyed more seating on the porch, more mirrors, particularly in the hallway bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The front room could have been very noisy, but we had a sound machine. We really enjoyed our stay!

Charleston Race Weekend

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Charleston. Very clean!! We loved the porch. Great location and close to many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We were moving our son into Charleston. We stayed a week. The apt was amazing. Clean & equipped. The coffee shop, Nook, across the street was heaven sent. Baristas were sweet & efficient. The restaurant next door was delicious. We enjoyed dinners in restaurants & take out the whole time we were there. The only thing I would say is, if you like to sleep in, the week days are noisy. Rutledge is a very busy street. Weekends are quieter though. Would 1000% stay again. Thank you to our hosts!

Great weekend spot on Rutledge

The rental was as advertised and located in a quieter neighborhood. Still within walking distance of local restaurants and cafes and not far from King St. The front porch was a great spot to hang out.

Beautiful and comfortable in a great location.

My husband and I stayed during the Charleston Wine and Food Festival and found the location within walking distance to many venues.The home is well decorated with very comforting furnishings. My only wish was for wine glasses but after day one of the festival, we had our own!I will not hesitate to return and to recommend!

Awesome Place!

The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy entry, and the location is close to King St. and other activities. We had everything we needed to do a load of laundry, and run the dish washer. One word of caution, the dinner plates have a metallic ring on them, so don't put in the microwave!
