Our unit, "Blue Water at Lost Key", is beautifully maintained with a balcony view of the Gulf. This townhome in desirable Lost Key community is easy walking distance to the beach and has regular shuttle service. The large lagoon/resort pool, fitness center, and beach club and pool are INCLUDED amenities with booking. This unit features a king and queen bed and FULL bunkbeds, as well as a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living area for guests to enjoy. It provides the amenities of a well-stocked kitchen and has all the comforts of home. Additional bonus living space is the spacious balcony, with a view of the dunes and beautiful reserve area, while highlighting the fiery orange sunsets and the gulf!
Featuring white Merillat cabinets, white quartz countertop, and wood look tile on the main floor, it is tastefully decorated and designed for comfort and space. The garage and downstairs patio offer an opportunity for grilling. Beach chairs and umbrellas, inflatables, toys, boogie boards, and extras are provided for family recreation.
Lost Key Golf and Beach Club is nestled between Lost Key Golf Course and the Gulf of Mexico. The 413-acre gated community at Lost Key is surrounded by more than 300 acres of natural preserves and features an 18-hole Audubon Signature Golf Course and complimentary shuttle. Bring your bikes and jogging shoes to appreciate 5 miles of picturesque biking and jogging trails which meander through the Resort. From the moment you enter Lost Key's gated community, you'll feel the serenity and beauty of nature. Every effort has been made to maintain the existing topography and natural landscape. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Place all TV remotes with their corresponding TV
Put all used linen in baskets and place in hallway in front of Laundry area.
Lock ONLY the front door by pressing the lock key on the key pad or lock from inside and exit through the garage. Close garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Grilling allowed ONLY at ground level outside in area under balcony.

This place had absolutely everything we needed and wanted for our stay. Good location but most importantly the hosts are fantastic. The communication was amazing and they even called me after i left to make sure our stay was satisfactory. Yes i said call, not message. Would 100% recommend this place.

Fun in the Sun, Sand & Surf

Lost Key is a very special place. The amenities are perfect for families looking to get away together or couples looking to relax. The sunsets are spectacular, local restaurants are excellent and the surrounding parks are beautiful. Jeanne and Mike are wonderful hosts and are very diligent to communicate. This VBRO was very clean, well stocked and hosts some amazing sunsets. We look forward to returning soon.

Great Stay

We are a family of 6 in need of space. This condo is 3 bdrm & very roomy. Everything was clean and exactly how it was explained in the listing. It is a walk to the beach, but there is a short cut path thru the sand. We had a great trip!

Fantastic Spring Break!

This townhouse was just what we were looking for! Everything was just as pictured with plenty of room for our family of 6. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the amenities were wonderful. My kids loved playing pickleball and walking over to the beach. Owners were great to communicate with and quick to respond. We hope to book again soon!

The pictures is this beautiful home does not do it justice. I am almost afraid to say how wonderful our stay was. Want to keep it a secret!! Home was very spacious and the use of the garage was amazing. Love the keyless entry for the garage and front door. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Everything and anything that you would need if you were wanting to cook a meal. There was enough toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom essentials to get you started for a day. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and so much more for your beach outing that was available and even a beach cart. The shuttle was amazing you got picked up right at the door and dropped off on the beach side where there is a restaurant and pool and then they would pick you back up and drop you off at the townhouse. Publix is so close and if you take the back entrance to Lost Key (great advice from one of the shuttle drivers) it was much quicker. Jeanne and Mike are amazing hosts and we would recommend staying at their beautiful home if you are look for a relaxing place to stay in Perdido Key. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Jeanne and Mike for sharing your amazing place!!!!!
