The amenities of the building include a large pool, direct beach access, computer center, fitness room and game room. Laundry facility with washer and dryer on every floor. Located right next to SunSplash Park, Crabby and Landshark Bar and Grill. 1 mile from the Bandshell, The Peabody Auditorium, Daytona Pier and Amusement Boardwalk. 20 minutes to Daytona Speedway
