The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Lots of chickens and roosters in the yard. We can't wait to go back someday!

Perfect for 6. We had two couplesAnd two adult brothers. Great location. Anahola beach is awesome! Snorkeling right off the property. Need to head 5 min south to swim. Water purifier was a life saver. Well stocked. We loved it!

Beautiful location

The beach front location was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the stunning sunrises/sunsets right in the backyard. The house had everything we needed and was a good central location for adventuring around the island.

Great place to stay

The house was just as advertised . Excellent location right on the beach . Watched sunrise every morning sipping a cup of coffee. House was well stocked with all needed supplies plus beach chairs. Would definitely stay again !!!

Great Getaway

Was the perfect place for our family. Location was great - able to see the island and get around. Sunrises every morning were beautiful. Property managers were available and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here.

Wonderful experience

We had an amazing time at this property. It was clean and the perfect size for our group of 5. The master bed was very comfortable and I slept great after playing in the beautiful ocean all day!

great beach front house

We enjoyed our stay. just what we were looking for. quiet and right on the beach. little warm in areas of house without AC but tolerable.

Access to beach was top notch

House was great Beach just steps away But needed dresser for unpacking had to bring coffee table in to hold suitcases

Wonderful location

Could not have asked for a better location. Beautiful sunrises, turtles and seals on the beach each day. House was clean and well stocked. Will try to stay here again in the future.

Relaxed on the beach

The house is the perfect location if you want a quiet beach. The outside patio is the best spot to have a glass of wine during a quick rain. We had a beautiful time here and really enjoyed it. The location makes it easy to get to bigger towns but still away enough it didn’t feel crowded.

On the Beach Paradise

Great location and lovely house

We absolutely loved our stay at Hale Makai. The location was excellent and being steps from the beach was perfect. The house was very well-appointed. And dealing with the property management team was a dream. Would definitely return!

Beautiful rental and beach!

This place was exactly what we were looking for, to be away from resorts and crowds. We walked and/or swam the beach/bay every day and rarely saw anyone else. The rental is beautiful and had tons of beach towels, which is the only extra we were looking for. It does have AC in the bedrooms but we didn't need it.
