Relax by heated pool, golf, play tennis, go to gym, bike, shop, dine at some of the best restaurants in Naples or see movie: all within 1/2 mlie! Enjoy a day at one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of the world. Known for great shells, gorgeous views and much wildlife. Watch the dolphins in the distance or try one of water sports: jet skiing, parasailing, fishing boating.Two New flat screen TVs, WiFi and DVR are available.
Luckily the house had NO damage from the hurricane!!

This spacious comfortable home sleeps 6 people has 2 full bath one with a large tiled walk-in shower and the other with a bath tub/shower great for the kids. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets. The living room has 2 comfortable couches put your feet up on the soft chair.
Please be aware there is an approval for rental from the Home Owners Association ($100 fee)so we will send HOA form once rental request received

Clean house with great location

The property deserves an "A" rating. The location to all of the stores, mall, outlets, and grocery stores were fabulous. The house was well stocked, and there many unexpected convenieces such as sugar, coffee, other items for use. While I did not use them, it was nice that they were there. If I needed to rent again, I would definitely come back to this property.

Great Birthday Weekend

I rented this place for a short stay with some friends and it was perfect. Very spacious, the pool was clean and the overall place was tidy and well kept. No issues at all and it was close to a Publix , restaurants and other amenities. The beach is also not too far!

Perfect getaway

We truly enjoyed every minute of being here, which was almost two weeks. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is amazing, with everything you could possibly need or ask for. We had no issues. The pool was perfect and right outside the doors of the home. The bikes and golf equipment is beyond what most rentals have. We will return and plan to make many more memories!

Just had a great mini get away from Miami last month (July 2020) to this property with my kids and I got to say I was very satisfied with everything on the property. Not to mention the pool which is great for the kids to enjoy as well as the adults. I came prepared but the property is equipped with just about everything you may need or think of! Great location, great for an escape especially in 2020 and Randy was great everything very smooth and swift personally better then advertised. Hope to be back later this year!!!

Clearly they take great pride in their place and in providing a safe, clean, well appointed rental property to their guests. We were thrilled with our choice, and the photos of it on the internet do not do it justice.The house was much larger than I had anticipated, and it was clean, nicely decorated, and the pool was fabulous! The pool was immaculate, and we had all the privacy we wanted when using it. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a place with privacy and cleanliness. We would definitely return there if we were going back to Estero ( Naples).

Florida family trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is set up perfectly. Everything you could possible need is here. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of things for cooking. There are all of the extras as well. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, blender, measuring cups ect. There were plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. There was a pack and play and a mattress for the pack and play which we really appreciated since we flew in and always use one for our toddler. There is also a stroller in the garage although we didn’t need it. There is everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a shell scooper (which I wish we had seen sooner) and beach towels. There is a fire stick in the living room, and cable service on the living room and master bedroom. The other rooms don’t have tv’s. which wasn’t a problem for us. Now to our favorite part. The screened in back porch area. Our kids loved the pool and

Location is terrific. Proximity to stores, easy drive to the beach and excellent neighborhood. Also simple drive to the airport. This property is the best equipped home we have stayed in during the past 8-10 years of using VRBO. This is very high on our list to return to.

The house is very nice and we enjoyed the pool area. Just a couple of suggestions..... 1. Supply travel size bar soap for shower as not everyone brings/uses body wash 2. Provide a covering for the window in the shower as the neighbors and anyone walking down the street can see into the windows 3. Nicer bedding as the sheets krinkle with each move 4. New coffee pot as the current one has the potential to leak as the it filter part doesn't stay shut. Overall a nice house!

Home away from home!

February-March 2020 visit. Lovely home in quiet gated community. Home and pool are well maintained with all amenities you would ever need. Great property with community activities, nice walking paths, ponds, fountains and beautiful landscaping, Coconut Point mall across the road, beaches within driving distance. Homeowner was accommodating and responded promptly to questions. Highly recommend property!

I don’t have enough positive things to say about this property. You can show up and instantly relax by the pool. There is EVERYTHING you could ever need for a family vacation. From a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds to tennis rackets, golf clubs, beach supplies, baby essentials, you are covered. The house was extremely clean, including the pool area. The provided gas grill was helpful for easy family meals. Parking the car in the garage was a great convenience. The pool is heated but we didn’t need it. There are pool floats available, and we added dive toys for future guests. My kids loved the pool basketball hoop. The pool lanai overlooking the lake was relaxing for the adults to talk as the kids swam in the pool. The property is located in a lovely gated community, with each instructions provided for guests. It has a golf course, tennis courts, basketball, and bikes. We enjoyed a bike ride around the property (a 2 mile loop). Coconut Point Mall is convenient, including a super Target, and a Walmart with grocery pickup is about 5 min away. Miramar Outlets is close and has great shopping. Tons of variety, something for everyone. We visited Wiggins State Park Beach, our families favorite in the area, with great beaches, restrooms & rentals & is much less crowded. The owner was exceptional to work with, and extremely friendly. We even reached out to extend our stay bc we were enjoying our self so much. We will definitely return for future visits when returning to Fort Myers to visit family. Thankful for a great week celebrating my moms 65th birthday and retirement!

Our parents choose Fountain Lakes to enjoy the winter months because it so beautiful and spacious. Every home has a great view of the lake with a large fountain. There is plenty of lawn space as each building is well placed for lots of privacy. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well taken care of. The pool with a linai is the favorite place for all family members. It also is only 10 minutes to the gulf coast beaches which are gorgeous! The white sand and warm, turquois water is the best place to be any time of year. The complex provides a small recreational golf course, tennis courts, a gym, playground shuffle board, and pool all free of charge! There are many activities for the whole family all within a mile from the house. A huge shopping center is across the street. Fort Meyer’s airport is a convenient 15 minutes away. Our parents enjoyed many winters here and now they are gone, we hope others will enjoy it as they did.
Some of our favorite memories were renting a pontoon boat with the whole family and taking on the salt marshes were we saw manatees up close as well as herons, pelicans and many other birds and wildlife. Exploring the everglades was amazing! The best part of each vacation was being at the house together and enjoying our own private pool. The children stayed in it from 8 am – 8 pm You can’t beat that!

The master bedroom has a king size luxurious bed with a large tiled walk-in shower. Second bedroom has twin beds that could be made into a king bed. The second bathroom has tub/shower which is great for the kids. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets. There is a convenient washer and dryer. The living room has 2 comfortable couches and a soft chair with an ottoman which is great for relaxing or entertaining. There is also an office/bedroom with a futon that makes into a queen bed. It also has a computer, printer, fax, and 2 desks and access to Wi-Fi. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets as you dine on the screened- in patio. A convenient round table large enough for the whole family is a lovely place for breakfast and lunch in the kitchen but with view of lake. The large garage has everything you need to make your vacation the best. Use our golf clubs and tennis rackets right in complex. Explore the area on the miles of bike paths with the two bikes available for your use.
