Great Location and Good Place

I stayed here for a month and overall enjoyed it. It's a perfect location for walking to a number of neighborhoods and to amazing food and hangout spots. Pros:-Perfect Location-Great communication from mgmt-Great private desk/bathroom situation -Very clean-Nice to meet other travelers-Good amenities Cons:-Shower goes from scalding to freezing in 2 minutes-The wifi had issues about half the time I was there-There's an "apartment" above the room which had loud people some of the time-There's a sign in the house to not use the washer even though it's listed as an amenity
