We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was thoughtfully furnished and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Best of all, the bathroom tub has jacuzzi jets! We were in Spearfish to visit family. I'm trying to get these family members to decide on dates for our next visit as soon as possible so we can book this property again.

The property was exactly what we needed for our stay during the Sturgis rally. Location is also ideal with access to all destinations. Will be looking for this location again our next trip.The only thing lacking for us was a grill.

We loved the location, walking over to the Spearfish Park trail to the fish hatchery on early morning walks and hanging out on the front porch watching the deer that seemed to appear every evening. There was a well stocked kitchen and easy on street parking plus a carport and driveway in back. It was mentioned everyday that we should try to book it again for next year. Super clean. The TV situation was different for us. We could only watch what we had subscriptions for like YouTube TV. Once we got that and the remotes figured out we were good.

Rodeo Time

We traveled to Spearfish to watch my nephew college rodeo. It was a great location and very clean and comfy. Just what we needed. Great location. We have already discussed coming back next year and staying longer. They provided everything we needed during our stay, I greatly appreciated the little details that made it feel like home.

A+ Accessibility and Cleanliness

Comfortable, super clean, plenty of extras (kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, high chair, etc…). Amazing, walkable location; we basically parked the truck and were able to walk to meals, parks, coffee, groceries, and shops. Quiet neighborhood. If you’re staying for the Dakota Five-0, the race course passes right by the corner of the block, which was awesome!

Nicely furnished and decorated home in good area near downtown and city park. Biggest downside is that the "lovely outdoor patio" is actually the unfurnished front porch shown in the picture. There is no grill. Seems a shame not to be able to cook or eat out in such a lovely area.

3rd Street Spearfish

The House was PERFECT! It made our stay in Spearfish even that much more enjoyable. We are homebodies and don't really go out at night, so it was nice to have the house to relax in and watch a movie before bed. We even took afternoon naps after some of our adventures. The Black Hills are SO Beautiful. We loved it there and loved the house. We loved the location (close to down town) and how it was just walking distance to the Park and Stream. Outstanding Property

Great location!! Spearfish creek one block away. Beautiful park and Spearfish fish hatchery 3 blocks. Walk down and feed the fish and the kids can play in the huge park. Or you can walk 3 blocks to downtown for great shopping and food. Perfect base for touring the Black Hills!!! Very clean and updated. Beds are amazing. Central air! Quiet location. Sit on the deck in the morning and enjoy your coffee. And it even has a garage!!!! You won’t be disappointed with this place!!! Management is very outstanding on this vacation home!!!
