Great location and nice amenities

We stayed for 6 nights in Feb 2024, checking in was the worst of it, perhaps a last minute booking is not ideal because the process to sign and pay for the place was not terribly organized and I had real trouble actually getting them to charge me. But the biggest problem is not having paid, we didn’t get check-in instructions so that took a while to sort out when we arrived. All in all it’s a nice place though I would have preferred a place not at street level with the bedroom adjacent to what seems to be a long term construction project. We are not light sleepers so it was ok, but for anyone that has trouble with early morning noise this is not the place for you. The location is amazing and very close to many restaurants and beaches and is very walkable. Also close to a good pickup spot for touristy things (La Concha Resort).

The location was good. Plenty of food places to choose from. We were able to find parking on the street. Our check in was fine, but the payment process was frustrating . We were able to communicate with the host and that was great.

Great place in great location!

Check in details were sent a little late but the property manager was easy to contact. The place is very clean and as advertised. However, it was missing some essentials such as toilet paper (we had to go buy some at the local Walgreens there). Overall a great experience all around and would definitely stay here again.
