This condo is right on the beach and it has its own parking, Ashford Ave is where the action is and you'll be in the middle of it all while at the same time you'll be in your quiet place. The host is very easy to communicate with. I was having some problems finding the key upon my arrival. The host was very patient to direct me to right place to get the key. The only 2 issues with the property are: the flush doesn't work very well; the shower water is not hot enough. She is also informed and said would have someone came over to fix.

Perfect!

The condo was spacious and clean. We had two minor maintenance issues but Maria took care of them right away. She was also very responsive when we had difficulties checking in. Don't be alarmed when you see the outside of the building - it looks run down but is extremely secure and the inside is well-maintained. The location is great. The building is not beachfront but is just one building back from the beach, and you can see the water from the living room. There's a public access point just "a few steps" from the building entrance, and the hotel that is next to it has a lovely restaurant with fantastic service and view. The check-in process was a little bit confusing - they aren't all in precise order of the full process. But we finally got in :-) I do recommend this property with no hesitation.
