This bright, elegantly-furnished 21 floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). We completed full renovations in 2010 with a brand-new kitchen & bathroom, new floor-to-ceiling windows, new furniture, lighting and large closet. The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 32-inch LCD TV. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has 24 hour security coin laundry, a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.
