Oceanfront condo next to the Marriott Hotel, San Juan

This one-bedroom condo is located on the fifth floor fronting one of Puerto Rico's alluring beaches with breathtaking views of the blue/green ocean & white/golden sand.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious living room that opens up to spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and San Juan Coastline.
You can see the cruise ships (illuminated at night)entering & exiting San Juan Harbor.

Sleeping accommodations include: two twin beds in the bedroom which can be joined to make a king size bed. There is a sofa in the living room which has a pullout platform to make a king size bed(82'l x 56'w).
Recommend three persons occupancy only due to the size of this unit The building is not handicap compliant. (Built before ADA regulations enacted). No wheelchair access to the lobby.
There is AC in the bedroom as well as a ceiling fan.
There is AC in the living room area of the condo.
There is a ceiling fan in the living room and cross-ventilation with windows and door open on opposite sides.
The only areas without AC are the bathroom and closet.

All bath towels and bed linens are provided. Beach towels toiletries and personal hygiene items are not provided.

This CONDO is perfectly situated, walking distance to restaurants, shops, CVS and more importantly, right on the beach, literally. Safe, clean, amazing place, 2nd time family is visiting, highly recommended.

I loved the property and that view is priceless! It was wonderful to wake up to the ocean every morning and enjoy the patio at night. I would definitely stay here again. The check in process was somewhat new for me, but Paulet explains everything well and very clearly.

That was our first time in PR and it was Amazing. The condo is in a perfect location. Right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants, stores and we even walked to Old San Juan few times. Beautiful Ocean Front View

Five star location and view. Close to everything you need. 24 hour CVS on the corner, food everywhere, exciting nightlife a very short Uber drive away. Lots of locks and keys to get in the unit. Made me feel like me and my belongings were safe and sound.

What a view!

Stayed at this condo for a week (November 11th through the 18th). The 180° view from the balcony is spectacular. Building is right on the beach and is very safe and secure. Neighborhood is wonderful and everything you need is within walking distance. The host, Paulet, is very nice and responds quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay here again. The price is great.
