Beautiful place . Lots of lake toys to enjoy in the water and a great large deck with sun and shade. Inside a TV in every room if you like to stay in. The kitchen is well equipped . It would be nice to have a vacuum available, but I can’t think of anything else the house needed. It was also close to a store , a coffee place miniature golf and boat rentals.

Wonderful property, house, dock, and lake! Everything was clean, spacious, and worked well. The communication with the management company was incredible, as we had a minor issue and they took care of it right away. Water does get busy on weekends, but that's to be expected considering the dock is right at the bridge, next to Bridgewater boat rentals, and Hales ford boat launch. But weekdays were quiet and relaxing. would definitely book again!

Quick Getaway (First visit to SML)

We honestly enjoyed everything! We particularly loved the covered porch in the late afternoons. The dock area was great, you can jump in and swim or float around and tether yourself to the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed!! Super close to restaurants and a grocery store. Had a few questions for the local management team and they responded in just moments both times. We definitely plan on coming back!!

Loved the property and location! Waterfront was fabulous! Beds and couch a bit firm. Master bath shower tiny. Still in process of upgrading home, no screens on screen room. Several doors hard to open. Lovely stay. Very clean.

Nice place - a few tweaks can help.

Lovely place. Clean and in good condition. Main bath shower lining must be replaced. smelly/dirty bottom-especially disturbing in such a tiny shower. Dehumidifiers downstairs not working to improve smell/air quality in this nice downstairs area. screened porch is great. Adding simple blinds from top to help from sun, during dinner/sunset time would help a lot. its set on a lovely lake. for us- noisy boats with loud music after 11pm was not ideal.

Should be called Sunset Breeze!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Breeze! When we got there the A/C was broken, but upon notifying the rental company, they stayed in touch getting an HVAC company out that evening. We appreciated the attention we were given -- it's not what happens to you, it's how you handle it that matters. That said, the house is beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and at a great location. The entire house was so clean, beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough room for our family to spread out. The kitchen had exactly what was needed to prepare a meal, new appliances worked very well. It was really hot, so we kept the hot tub on the coolest setting making for a refreshing dip before heading down to the dock. If you like waves, you'll love this location. There's a lot of boat traffic here since the marina is across the way, but it wasn't disruptive. The sunset in the evening was absolutely beautiful. We would stay here again. Thank you to the owners and Casago for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyable stay in good location in quiet neighborhood

This house was very clean when we arrived and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. We really liked that the Food Lion was just minutes away. And a winery too! The boat ramp was just a mile or so down the road and easy to get our boat in and out and to the house. Two bedrooms have king beds - The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels (large ones too and they didn't smell of bleach) and toilet paper. The master bath only has a small shower so we used the one in the hall which has a tub (so it had more room). Sometimes it’s the little things – little bags in the bathroom with q-tips, nail file, lip chap, etc in it. A “goodie bag” with snacks in it. All the switches are labeled so you know what you’re turning on. The Wi-fi worked very well. The lake is big and very busy – even on weekdays in June - and the fishing (for striper) was good. We didn’t use the kayaks (we felt the lake was too busy here) or the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything in the house looked new (furniture, kitchen stuff, appliances). We try to avoid places that allow dogs but this one was very clean. I'd definitely recommend this home.
