Guava Villa is centrally located to easily access hikes, beaches, bars and restaurants. Cruz bay is less than 10 minutes away. The lofty cathedral ceiling provides a spacious living area. Lovely breezes and views of the Virgin Islands National Park right from your private balcony. Beautifully landscaped gardens. Fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the spacious pool deck with plenty of seating and a full size pool. Guava Villa is the newest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at Kapok Villas! Amenities are top notch and include everything you need for the beach! The in-unit laundry facility means no dirty laundry. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, shade tent and snorkel gear. Unwind at the spacious pool and deck after a full day at the beach or stargaze from there at night. Enjoy a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea from your private balcony. Guests have their own driveway with space for 2 cars. The pool and deck are shared with the other 3 rental units in the complex. Lush tropical gardens surround each building to provide privacy. Your host, Kim, will meet you and give you a full tour of our property. She has vast knowledge of the island and activities for you to consider. Kim lives on property so she will be readily available for you. Our place is located on Gifft Hill just 8 minutes from downtown Cruz Bay. Quiet neighborhood with main roads. We have off-street private parking for 2 vehicles. 4-wheel drive is NOT needed for our location. Kapok Villas has four 2-bedroom units that surround the pool deck. About the host

The Hart family have been living on Gifft Hill since the 1960's. My grandparents fell in love with the island, the National Park and the people. They built a simple 2 bedroom house and then gave land to my parents to build their retirement home just down the lane from my grandparents. I now live here and manage our facilities. I love sharing all the wonderful things about our property and the beauty of St John.
