The home is designed with spacious, open-concept living areas and a private backyard with a covered patio and spa. There are 4 bedrooms with two full bathrooms. We also offer guests anything they may need during their stay in the home!

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms:

● Primary Suite: Cloud-like King Nectar bed, and luxe full ensuite bathroom, sleeps 2
● Ensuite bath: 2 person Shower with double sink vanities, extra toiletry essentials, a full bath tub for relaxing bubble baths!
● Bedroom 2: Warm, cozy vibes with a King bed and luggage rack, sleeps 2
● Bedroom 3: Complete with a King Casper mattress Bed, and full closet , sleeps 2
● Bedroom 4: Designed for kids/teens...Bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. An air mattress is provided for one additional bed.
● Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a shower/bath tub combo, and spacious double vanity
●Twin Air Mattress: provided for your littles

Kitchen & Laundry

● Kitchen: Fully-equipped with high-quality appliances, cookware, utensils, seasonings, paper products, a french press, Keurig and drip coffee maker, and blender. Seating for 6 at the island.
● Laundry: Full size washer & dryer for guest convenience
●Clean linens, fresh paper products, cooking basics, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, hangers, and games are provided for guests!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 4 BD, 2 BA home with its modern amenities and private backyard with a heated spa. There is also driveway parking available.

Quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. 2 minute walk to Pine Cove park....toddler area, 2 story play area with slides, swings, grass area, covered picnic tables, dog park, walking trails, basketball court, boccee ball.

Close to Creekside Park in The Woodlands......5-8 min drive to restaurants, fast food, fishing lakes, gas, Walmart, and so much more.

Getting Around:
Plenty of room for parking, lots of options within walking distance/short drive. Cars are recommended, but ride share options are available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
We just added the 3 Kings beds to this property. These beds are thoughtfully dressed with 680 Thread count sheets, Cooling technology pillows and top brand mattresses.

Interaction with Guests:
We are very responsive between the hours of 5am-7pm.
