Enjoy ocean views from the Master Bedroom balcony! Easy 250 foot stroll to the beach from the outdoor Community Swimming Pool Observation Deck and Beach Access Walkway! The large enclosed grass courtyard is a great greenspace for children! High Speed Wireless Internet is provided In-Unit and throughout the Complex! Free Long Distance Phone Service anywhere in the US.

Ground Level: Living Area with 42 inch flat screen TV with Cable, access to the Private Fenced-in Patio with Furniture and Gas Grill, and access to the Half Bath this level. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Microwave and Dishwasher. Half Bath.

Level One: Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Balcony and access to the Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Queen Beds, Flat Screen TV, and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Amenities Include: Central HVAC; In-Unit WIFI; 42 inch Color Cable TV in living area; Flat Panel TV in each Bedroom; In-Unit Washer/Dryer; Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Microwave; Open and Covered Deck and Balcony spaces with Furniture; Gas Grill. Oceanfront Parking at Front Door.

Pine Knoll Townes Community Amenities: Community WIFI, 3 Oceanfront Swimming Pools (typically open May 1 - Sept 30 daily 9am - 10pm) each with a Beach Access Walkway and Observation Deck Space, Outdoor Shower Area, Grass Courtyard Areas. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
