Oceanfront Townhouse Condominium
This condo is the second closest to the ocean. The main bedroom has an ocean view with a balcony off of the bedroom, and has recently been refurnished. The second bedroom has just gotten new furniture as well. The two bedrooms each has a high quality queen mattress, as well as a double futon in the second bedroom. There is wi-fi and cable television. The kitchen is small but well outfitted. Beach chairs and umbrellas are supplied. The unit is very close to the pool. and it is just steps to the beach. There is a grill and lovely patio area.

Stephen and I have owned this condominium for many years. We first discovered this beach area when my uncle became a department head at the then new medical school at East Carolina University. We had wonderful family gatherings at his place, and eventually bought our own, so there was even more room for everyone. Now our children are grown and our grandchildren love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We have always treated this as our home that we share with others, rather than as an investment property. We try very hard to maintain it at a high level and to make it a comfortable and welcoming place.
What makes this property unique
This is a wonderful place to relax, be active if you wish and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere.
These well-built condos are amongst the first on this beach. It is very family oriented and many people return year after year. There are restaurants for every taste and budget, and the restored Fort Macon and North Carolina Aquarium are wonderful nearby attractions.
