The condo was perfect for my husband and me, but it desperately needs a dehumidifier. The musky smell was a huge turn off. I bought air fresheners but they didn’t help much.

Not on my watch

Convenient to a really great beach. Surprised by how quiet the condo and property was especially since our stay was over the July 4th holiday. The pool was better than we expected. But, have your pool band on because the residents will confront you if it is not visible. Multiple old ladies approached us asking to see our pool band. I hid mine in my pocket just to have some fun with “Karen”. Last thing is the price is way too much for what it was. At least $800 too much in my opinion, but our trip was booked at the last minute so choices were so limited. We won’t book the place again because of the old ladies patrolling the pool and the crazy high price. Otherwise it would make a great retirement village. Just stay off My Grass!!

Thank you for taking the time to review Queens Court 3102. We are pleased to hear the quietness and convenience of the property. The complex is strict in regards to pool bands being visible to be sure non-renters/owners are not on the property disrupting the pool or premises. We hope to have you visit again at the Crystal Coast!
