3 bdrm, 2 bath pool house. ALL new furniture Nov 2023, remodeled master bath, large pool, under cover area outside by the pool, BBQ grill, Mounted TV by pool, TV in each bedroom, living room and family room, cable, wifi, 2 car garage. Super house is convenient location close to walk to shopping, restaurants, Veteran's Park for Farmer's Market (Nov to May). Several bicyles provided. Full size washer/dryer in separate laundry room in the house. Private back yard with mature shrubs. Short drive to Tigertail Beach. We start you out with fresh rolls of TP in each bath, fresh roll PT, trash bags, little hotel soaps. Any detergents left from a previous tenant remains in the house for the next guest.
