House w/pool upgraded. Avail with 4 day min ONLY May to Oct. Great location.

Each year the tenants in the winter have first option for their same time period for the following year. New reservation availability begins end of April each year.

3 bdrm, 2 bath pool house. ALL new furniture Nov 2023, remodeled master bath, large pool, under cover area outside by the pool, BBQ grill, Mounted TV by pool, TV in each bedroom, living room and family room, cable, wifi, 2 car garage. Super house is convenient location close to walk to shopping, restaurants, Veteran's Park for Farmer's Market (Nov to May). Several bicycles provided. Full size washer/dryer in separate laundry room in the house. Private back yard with mature shrubs. Short drive to Tigertail Beach. We start you out with fresh rolls of TP in each bath, fresh roll PT, trash bags, little hotel soaps. Any detergents left from a previous tenant remains in the house for the next guest. Only weekly and monthly rentals, not available for for one tenant for whole winter season. Owner will come during breaks between tenants to enjoy also.

Great property

This house is a perfect place to stay in Marco. It’s easily accessible and in a good neighborhood. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and provided great information about the island. The pool was great and the house has everything you need. We would stay there again.

Super nice place!

The pictures do not lie. This is a wonderful place and the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at, and we are extremely picky. From this location you can easily walk to the farmers market, grocery stores pharmacy and numerous restaurants and other retail stores. You really do not need a vehicle if you stay here. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the tropical landscaping and the privacy that it provided. There is a nice gas grill and numerous seating options outside by the pool. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great location

Wonderfully located property within walking distance to parks, shopping and restaurants. Home was comfortable with multiple tvs and the kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated the Keurig which could do the pods as well as a full pot of coffee. Screened in lanai made for opening sliding doors for cool fresh air in the mornings. Pool was comfortably heated for our January into February stay. Karen was great to communicate with and made our stay very enjoyable.

Immaculate Property

I can’t say enough good things about this property! From the second we stepped inside, it was obvious, this is a well-kept property. It was so clean, everything was clean, every surface every mirror every floor area. It looked like we had been the first people to ever rent it. The furniture was nice, the beds were great, the kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I had seen in a VRBO. Karen was great to work with, she was easy to get a hold of, and replied very quickly. The property is on Marco Island, we normally stay up in Naples, but with this property, being so nice, we would absolutely stay down here again. In this property!
