Welcome to a brand new renovated, spacious and stylish loft with unique details. This is a unique space in the center of Prague that awaits your visit.

I offer free parking in the garage, an equipped kitchen with a dining room for 6 people, a bathroom with storage space and a room with a fireplace. On the 2nd floor there are 2 beds for 4 people and a wardrobe.

The loft is located in a quiet location 10 minutes by car/tram/taxi (5 euro/dollars) from the center of Prague.

We absolutely loved this property. My partner and I traveled to Prague for work and this loft absolutely met every one of our needs. The location is in close proximity to public transit, and the route into the city is easy to follow. The property itself was super clean, everything worked as advertised, and it was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The next time we're in the city we'll absolutely try to stay here again, and I can't recommend this property highly enough!Tereza was an absolute pleasure to work with as well, she was super responsive and provided a fantastic guide to the city for us to reference throughout our trip.If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.

Super Aufenthalt in stylischem Loft

Das Loft befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Industriegebäude. Heute sind dort in den ersten 4 Stockwerken nur Dienstleister untergebracht. Alles angenehm ruhig und penibel sauber. Der Loft präsentiert sich wirklich wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles hochwertig und schick. Eine vollwertige Küche ist auch dabei. Gerne wieder.

This apartment is located in an area known for its perfect combination of dynamic city life and the pleasant presence of nature. The loft is 10 minutes from the center by car, taxi (5€) or tram.

Close to the apartment is the popular commercial center Andel, where there is a cinema, a large shopping center, restaurants, pubs, cafes as well as the peaceful Prokop valley - a walk into nature and a beautiful view of Prague - which represents an ideal balance for everyday life in the city, but at the same time provides a quiet living and connection with nature.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located in a newly renovated building that has been awarded "The Best European Redevelopment" by experts in Orlando, USA, due to the building's history as a factory. Now, however, this industrial building is fully operational and awaiting your visit. In the Czech Republic, the building was awarded "Best Business Plan of the Year".

There is also free parking place, which is not common in the centre of Prague.
