Welcome to one of the finest properties in all Red River. Perfect for multi-generational travel, this 7-bedroom, 8500 square feet luxury property has expansive frontage on the Red River and is 400 feet from the brand-new Copper Chair lift. We can’t call it ski-in/ski-out because you have to cross a driveway, but you can make the short walk in your ski boots. Peaceful mornings or evenings can be best spent listening to the river from the huge deck or the balconies off of the two top floor suites.

The first-floor suite has an incredibly well stocked gourmet kitchen with room for multiple chefs to create good food and great memories. You will not want to go back to your kitchen at home. The kitchen connects to a dining area that can service your whole crew. The grand living room has a beautiful four-sided fireplace. No matter where you sit, you can enjoy the fire dancing in the gas fireplace. The living area also boasts multiple windows from the floor to the ceiling looking across the gorgeous river to the Carson National Forest. Connected to the living room is the indoor hot tub room. Off the living room is the Almost Heaven Suite, a perfect master bedroom with a king bed, a sleeper chair and its own private bathroom equipped with stand-up shower and a private bathtub.

Take a stroll up the stairs to the second floor where you will find an open loft area that overlooks the first floor. This floor has 4 private bedroom/bathroom suites and an alcove with a twin over full bunk. The Lone Star Suite has a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The Sleepy River Suite has a king bed and a double pull out couch. The Tea Time Suite has a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The Forest Dreams Suite also has a king bed and a twin bunk bed. You can then venture into the game room where you can enjoy a game of air hockey, foosball, checkers, pool, skee ball or other games under the watchful gaze of a whole herd of wild game mounts. All kids and kids at heart will love this amazing room!

The third floor features an open loft with an office area and two additional king bedroom/bathroom suites. For those staying in these suites, be sure to enjoy the incredible views while listening to the birds and the river’s lyrics while enjoying your own private balconies. The open loft area on the third floor has two twin sleeper chairs and a double pull out sofa.

No matter if you choose to visit us during the winter, spring, summer or fall, we know you will enjoy everything this beautiful property has to offer! If you need to get work done while you’re here, the high speed wifi and office area can help make that happen. Due to our cool climate, River Lyric Lodge does not have, nor need, central air conditioning. However, with two huge whole house fans, you can enjoy nature’s own air conditioning during our occasional warm afternoons.

Did we mention that River Lyric is pet friendly? This property will accept two dogs under 60 lbs with a $250 non-refundable pet fee, due at check in. If you don’t bring your own pets, you’ll love watching the ducks and deer that surround the lodge.

All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancelation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.

A $650 credit card hold is required. The hold will be released after inspection of the property, including the hot tub, upon departure.

During summer periods, there is a 7-night minimum and a requirement that all bookings are Saturday to Saturday. During other periods, there is a 4-night (7 nights during peak periods) minimum stay with no Saturday checkouts.

Check in is available at 4:00 pm and check out is 9:00 am.
