Fun Family Vacation

Awesome location walk to park and beach. Drive to boardwalk and aquarium. House has a lot of room perfect for Holiday dinner.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We had such an amazing stay here. The Hawaiian themed house was so beautifully put together and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen is always welcome too. The location is to die for. A quick 5 minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. Great stretch of coastline. Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Beach Hideaway

Was an amazing experience! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with cooking supplies. Just minutes from the beach. A lovely quiet neighborhood and an awesome selection beach supplies in the garage. Definitely made our stay welcomed. Hope to book it again in the future.

Cute Place!

We especially loved the cozy back patio off the dining room. Living room & master bedroom especially well decorated & spacious. Kitchen thoughtfully furnished although we couldn’t get the oven figured out. We did experience spotty WiFi & phone connections, but the paved access to the beach & a public playground was great!

Great location, great place

We had a great week at the Hidden Beach House, the house was pleasant and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to school and work remotely + we had no issues with the internet connection for Zoom calls. The kitchen was well appointed, we made multiple dinners, a birthday cake and muffins and found all the pans and tools we needed. The beach was a 5-7 minute walk and the neighborhood was quiet. Great all around!

Hidden getaway

The house was good. It wasnt as close to beach as advertised. We are responsible, the rules were overboard. The 10 am checkout really hard with a family.

Great for families

The location of this house is perfect! About a 5 minute walk to the beach with a playground on the way. The beach itself was not super crowded for a summer weekend. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed including a little futon in the primary bedroom for our son to sleep on. We will definitely check availability of this house for our next Santa Cruz/Aptos trip!

Excellent Stay

We are a family of 4 adults and two children 18 month old and 7 year old … We all enjoyed our stay.. The downstairs and the main bedroom are spacious .. The layout is excellent for families .. The bedroom listed as having a queen bed was small for 2 adults and its size was like a double ..The main bedroom is large and very comfortable .. The only suggestion I have is to put a door for privacy that leads to the bathroom!The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware .. It was unexpected to have baskets of toys, games and books for children which was greatly appreciated .. The location was fantastic with a small lovely part and a short walk from the park to a quiet pretty beach…Kendall and Potter management company were very responsive and gave clear and in depth instructions .. We enjoy a return visit in the future ..

Great Location

This home is located just a short walk away from the beach. It is very spacious with a nice living room, patio and a large master bedroom. The home was great for 6 of us ranging in age from 13-76. The only odd thing is there is no bathroom door on the Master bath and no kleenex... not a a big deal but something to know.

Hidden Beach House

Perfect vacation home for a family! The beach and park area with playground equipment is within easy walking distance! Quiet, Beautiful neighborhood and we even saw deer right in front of the house!! House is fully equipped with nice amenities! Would happily stay here again!

Comfortable family space

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. The house was has a well equipped kitchen, lots of seating area for great conversation, and a beautiful dining table for many to sit around. Being close to the park and beach makes it nice to be outdoors.

Proximity to walks, swimming and fun on the beach was a wonderful addition to our ucsc graduation festivities. Charades in the spacious great room and meals plus games on the big dining room table made for fun family time

Holiday gathering

The location was a little challenge to find but thanks to navigation systems we finally found the place. Nice and quiet setting, Touchkey pad entrance was wonderful until we accidentally got locked out but a quick call to the management company and we resolved the issue. Very spacious place and the dining table was marvelous! Kitchen was great, bedrooms comfy. One of the bedrooms needs a dresser to put cloths as it had none. The step to the living room is deeper than standard steps and so is the bottom step of the front entrance. Once you know it, you are ok but it could be an unhappy surprise if you are not watching. Overall, we really liked the place and it is just up from the ocean,

The house was spacious, clean and a few minutes away from the park and the beach! The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house just felt so homey. Planning on booking another stay soon.
