About this property

Sand Dollar *Tri-Level Oceanfront Townhome*

Located on one of the Best beaches in Santa Cruz County, Sand Dollar is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath tri-level town home right on the sand with full views from EVERYWHERE you look! SCC#111406.

Come into the first level with a Loft bedroom with glass windows that slide open into the wall for sound privacy and a full bathroom with shower.

Middle level offers you your living room with a fireplace (electric) does not give off heat. TV/Media Room with Queen pull out couch, full bathroom, cable and DVD player and stereo system, Internet, dining area, full kitchen and access to balcony deck with patio furniture and gas BBQ.

At the bottom, third level, you have your Main bedroom with a King bed and the main bathroom,  2nd King bedroom both with slider doors with stairs directly to the sand, third bedroom is on this level as well with bunk beds. Laundry area and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

All windows and sliders have a switch to shade off the view. Radiant heat floors controlled off site.( you must request with the property management if you would like to increase the heat on the floors)

You are just a short drive to numerous attractions, i.e., Famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Gizdich Farms for Berry picking or to get that Pressed Apple Juice, Moss Landing for some Kayaking or Whale watching, or Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Santa Cruz county has great restaurants with a beach feel, from Stagnaro’s on the Wharf, Café Sparrow, and Café Cruz. Come and enjoy what we have to offer, you definitely will be back!

Other things to note
- This unit has shared walls with neighbors on either side so noise is possible.
- The first room is a loft style room that is open to the living area. It does have a door for privacy as well as window to block some noise.
- Please be respectful of neighbors and local quiet hours
- This house is in a gated neighborhood and has security patrol

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. For our work retreat, we made full use of the kitchen and cooked as a team building exercise. House is beautiful. Unfortunately, the renters next to us on the right thought they owned the beach. They hoarded any available beach chairs and cordoned off the fire pits even when they weren’t using them so that we couldn’t. I think for the price we’re paying for this property management should have somebody stopping in once a day to prevent inconsiderate behavior like this.

This is How to Beach Vacation
Unforgettable experience. The house was expertly finished from the bedrooms to the kitchen. Super clean. Right on the perfect strip of beach. The only recommendation is to make check out a little later. 10am was tough with two little ones. But we made it and would absolutely come back.

Fantastic family vacation with my young grandchildren and their parents.
