Perched on the Sand *Tri-Level Oceanfront Townhome*

Perched on the Sand is a tri-level, 3 bedroom, 4 full bath, ocean front town home in the gated community of Sand Dollar Beach! SCC#111183.

Walk into the first level with a loft bedroom with shutters for privacy and full bathroom with shower.  Go down to your middle level to the living room with Queen couch bed, 50 inch Samsung Smart TV and Cable, DVD player, Stereo with CD player, and dining area seating 10. Full kitchen with mini refrigerator great for drinks as well as a full sized fridge. The family room has a Queen fold out bed that could be used as a fourth bedroom (no door), Samsung Smart TV with Cable, DVD player and second bathroom with shower.  Here you have a balcony deck with patio furniture and gas BBQ.

On the bottom, third level, you come to the Main bedroom suite with a California King Bed and a private bath with shower. The third bedroom has bunk beds (Queen bottom and XL twin on top).  Both bedrooms have slider doors opening to a smaller balcony with stairs directly to the sand.  Hall has laundry room and fourth bathroom with tub/shower combo.

You are just a short drive to numerous attractions, i.e. Famous Beach Boardwalk, Santa Cruz Wharf,  Capitola Village for some shopping & dining,  Gizdich Ranch for Berry picking in Watsonville, Moss Landing for some kayaking or whale watching, or Monterey Bay Aquarium and Fisherman’s Wharf.  Santa Cruz county has great restaurants with the beach feel, from Stagnaros on the Wharf, Café’ Sparrow and Café’ Cruz.

Come and relax in the morning with your cup of coffee, watching the sunrise or a glass of wine, watching the sunset!   You will not leave disappointed.

Other things to note
- This unit has shared walls with neighbors on either side so noise is possible.
- The first room is a loft style room that is open to the living area. It does have door for privacy as well as shutters.
- Please be respectful of neighbors and local quiet hours
- This house is in a gated neighborhood and has security patrol

We all enjoyed the beach house, the steps are right from the house to the beach which is awesome! And the kids had a great time playing in the waves and sand. It was a great family vacation!

Peaceful oasis
Beautiful location. We were able to see whales and dolphins. Bring binoculars so you don’t miss out seeing the marine life. The house is perfectly located close to both Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and Capitola. The house is fully stocked and the ocean view can be seen from the living area as well as the bedrooms. The ocean view is breathtaking and the sound of the ocean waves is a sweet lullaby. Kitchen is fully stocked and the fireplace is wonderful when temperatures get a little chilly. Bring some firewood because there is fire circles on the beach which makes making s’mores so much more fun. My family and I had a wonderful time. We will for sure be back.

It was absolutely wonderfulI Light airy colors to complement its ocean front setting. Being able to walk down the back patio right to the sand was heavenly. Getting to watch my loved ones enjoy the ocean every day, some for their first time,..was pure joy:) The property managers also extremely helpful to me. It was my first time ever doing a vacation property rental and I was extremely nervous,...they kindly and patiently helped me address every concern prior to my arrival. Once I was there it was obvious I had no reason to be concerned, it was all they said and more. Best vacation I have enjoyed in a very long time. Thank you Kendall and Potter,...Kristine, Amber, Courtney...much gratitude for you all! Thank you for having such a beautiful place for people to retreat to and enjoy.
