I would like to have known about the stairs to go up from the parking spot, especially for hauling my luggage up. I ended parking in the public stores lot just to the west to unload my items and had to do the same for check out . There was seldom any parking available on the street up at the front door level.Also the construction crew first two mornings were just very noisy, drilling and hammering, and making themselves at home using the front patio to do work over the fence to next door.I didn't like the crew accessed the gate code and came right in the patio also leaving the gate open so anybody could walk in. I had no sense of privacy or security at this point.I sent a message in regards to this but had no response back on my message, which was sent thru the VRBO app.Friday after I sent the message the day before the work crew left this space alone.

We had a great stay at this charming 1-bedroom rental near Pacific Beach. The location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and stores nearby, making everything easy to access. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip.The property management team was also outstanding — very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service really made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
