Labor Day weekend with friends

Overall our stay was great! Had everything we needed and plenty of room for the amount we had which was 6 adults. Great beach access right across the rd. Would stay again!

The North Star House was great! It’s a convenient location right across from the periwinkle public beach access. The decks and rooftop were great hangout spots for our family and friends. The house was clean and stocked well for our stay. We really enjoyed our week there!

Great property. Rooftop deck offered great views of beach. Hearing ocean every morning with coffee in hand was awesome.

The North Star was perfect. Beautiful inside and out. I love waking up and going into the kitchen and family room and dining room room and just began to look at the ocean. Those windows are big and beautiful. Great size house. Clean!The house is well stocked with supplies as well as Beach accessories. Plenty of parking..Family loved it! The house is beautiful and sitting on the roof at night to see the sun set was also beautiful and watched the fireworks on Thursday. Lumina properties were on top of it. Quick to respond with any questions or problems. Thank you, Kimberly and Cara. I will definitely be back in rent from Lumina.Until next time North Star, going to miss you!! Cheers to beach week 2026

Awesome Beach Home!!

This house is beautiful! Love the porches and rooftop area! You cant go wrong here! Right at the beach access so very convenient! Close to piers and restaurants! Would rent again!
