This 2 bed/2 bath condo features the best of both worlds- direct Palafox lobby access to be in the middle of all the action, but a quick elevator ride takes you to your own oasis when it's time to relax.

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.

-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies. 
-No pets allowed.

•Bedroom 1: King bed size, wardrobe closet space, en-suite.
•Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway, shower/tub combo. Bathroom has doors to both the foyer and the first bedroom.
•Bedroom 2: King bed size, wardrobe closet space.
•Bathroom 2: Ensuite to bedroom 2, stand-alone shower.
•Living Room: Italian white leather couch with Smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming services.
