This condo is the perfect spot for a family, two couples, a bachelorette party, etc. (really anyone) looking to enjoy the very best of Pensacola! Location, Location, Location! Walk to the Palafox Market, Bay Center, a show at the Saenger. Once you've had enough and are ready to relax, return to the suite to watch a show, cook a meal on the stainless steel appliances, or play a board game with the family.

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!

Note: This condo's windows overlook the Sky Lounge, our private patio area, but there are blinds and greenery to block the view. Sky Lounge does have quiet hours.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.

-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies. 
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.

•Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway, with stand-alone shower. Additional door connects bathroom to bedroom #1.
