Hello. The shower does work and always has. I tried to contact you several times and all you had to do is ask me. Also the directions are on the table for every body to read. Great location for us while our son participated in a baseball tournament in Pace, FL. Easy access to the ball field yet still close to the beach.

Perfect vacation visit with my grandchildren!

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable! I can’t say enough about Ed our host, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! He checked with us frequently to make sure everything was alright. The beds were super comfortable and my grandson loved the Jacuzzi tub and looked forward to bath times! The pool was very close to the condo and has lounge chairs and umbrellas already there. There was restrooms for both ladies and gents! I didn’t only find a great vacation rental but also made a new friend! Im looking forward to staying again very soon.

The location is very central and the pool is nice. The host is attentive bordering on obsessive. The day we left the property he asked me if we would come back and stay and if I would leave a positive review. I didn’t reply immediately because we were in route to our next destination. Then he texted asking if the ear buds/hearing aids that the cleaning lady threw away belonged to me. My husband had mistakenly left his hearing aids behind and rather than notify us he instructed someone to throw them in the trash. This person knew they were important enough to notify the condo owner but he instructed them to discard them and then tell me after the fact. Of course it is our fault ultimately for forgetting them but who does that??? With $3000 hearing aids. I called him immediately to ask when the garbage would pick up and he told me “ he didn’t know.” He didn’t know when the garbage ran or which dumpster they were in and made no effort to help us find out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone rent from this guy. He could have cared less that these were something of importance or that my husband needs them to function in most normal scenarios. Just completely ridiculous and inconsiderate.

Great minivacation

My daughter with two of her friends and myself stayed at this location. The property was just as described and Ed was very helpful during our stay. The location was convenient to everything we needed. I will absolutely be staying again next trip to Pensacola.

Ed was really nice, constant communication checking on my family & I. Suggesting places of interest & he was really informative. Condo was nice & clean, just right for our short stay & needs. Grandparents Visit

We drove down to avoid airports as we all live in Coronaville right now. Met Edmund at our place of stay hours before our actual checkin time. He was very polite and receptive. The facilities were as advertised and more than adequate for our needs for the 12 days we would be spending there. We had internet issues that turned out to me my own misinterpreted handwriting of the password. But Edmund was back at our condo within an hour to make sure I would be able to do the work I had to get done. I was grateful for that. The place is perfect size for a family. The pool is large and decently maintained. The community is clean and friendly. You can’t go wrong with a stay here. Thanks again Edmund. Be well. We hope to see you again around Christmas time. Owner has great communication, property was big enough for our family of 4, the A/C went out while we were there and the owner had the repairman there the next day which was awesome! The price is very reasonable and affordable, friendly neighbors, love that it's pet friendly and clean. We will be staying again!

Pensacola stay

Easy enough to find. Space was layed out nice. We rented because we were looking for pet friendly. The neighborhood was friendly. Kitchen was inadequately supplied. We had to buy coffee cups, cooking dishes and that sort of thing. There are many options on the beach we may have enjoyed

the kitchen has 4 coffee cups enough for a normal family. their are plenty of pots and pans under the counter to cook with including frying pans and pots for boiling water for most cooking choices. they were there when you rented and are still there. im going to have to charge you for the painting thst you broke. i thought it was okay but it is broken and has a hole in the canvas.

AMAZING!

From booking to check out Ed made sure I was well informed! The whole process was smooth sailing. My 6 y/o walked around inside checking things out and said it was PERFECT. The description is spot on. The beds are very comfortable, the condo is very well kept and the people that live there all the time are nice too. Perfect Vacation

The property was exactly as listed. The house was very clean and well cared for. There was plenty of room for our family. Pensacola Beach was about 20 minutes away and was an easy ride. Lots to do right in the neighborhood. We will definitely book here again .

3 Miles from UWF, Close to I-10

We rented this property to attend our son's freshman orientation at UWF. The property was clean and comfortable and was just the right size for our use. The property owner's expectations for use of the space were easy to understand and reasonable. UWF was within a 5-7 minute ride by car, downtown Pensacola was about 6 miles further west on I-10. There were plenty of places to eat without heading downtown however. It was a perfect place for our introduction to Pensacola and UWF! We will stay here again!

Plenty of room for us to have our own space. Location was great to the pool, within a few miles for restaurants and shopping. I felt very safe here. The owner was extremely helpful and was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Great place to relax in Pensacola!

This was a great place for my wife, our 4 kids 6 years old and under, and our two small dogs. We stayed there for about 3 weeks and it was a great place to relax and head out to explore Pensacola. It's close to everything in downtown (15 minutes or less) and probably about 25 minutes to the beach or 30 minutes to the aviation museum. We had an outstanding time, did not feel cramped, and our kids loved running around and playing in the grass outside. Our stay was in February, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Ed was a great host and contacted us several times to ensure everything was going well. Thanks for such a nice stay!
