Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that offers modern amenities and fixtures!

This home is located in the hills and has canyon views along with an outdoor patio entertaining area, completing this perfect getaway. Located in the coveted Wonderland School District and close to Laurel Canyon Park, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and West Hollywood. Within 10 mins drive away from Sunset Blvd and Ventura Blvd with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from!

Our lovely home is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!

The fully equipped chef's kitchen with bar seating has everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. It opens up to the welcoming living with a 52" smart TV.

We have 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master and the 2nd bedrooms have queen-sized beds each. Both have large walk-in closets. The 3rd bedroom (office) has a sofa bed that can be converted into a full-sized bed for extra sleeping space.

We have positioned the main dining area, in the covered patio, where the weather is usually perfect year round. We have kitchen bar seating as well for dining.

For those who are working, there is high-speed WiFi and a small office desk in the 3rd bedroom.

An ensuite washer and dryer and 2 driveway parking spaces are all provided during your stay!
