Our stylish just remodeled place is perfect for group trips. We have tons of indoor and outdoor space. Inside everything is brand new including a beautiful kitchen/living area. We are right in the heart of East Nashville, which has an endless amount of amazing bars and restaurants. We are also only 3 miles to downtown and all of Broadway's honky tonks. Whatever you plan to do, everything is close.

Parking*
We have a large concrete driveway that can fit multiple cars.
Layout/sleeping arrangements*
This is a one level home. The kitchen has a large L shape island with seating for 8-9. There is no dining table.
Bedroom 1 - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds
Bedroom 3 - King Bed with full En suite bathroom (tub/shower combo)
The second full bathroom is located at the end of the hall (tub/shower combo)
The large sectional couch pushes into a large sleeping area. Please note, it is not a pull out couch, it is a sofa that makes into a bed once pushed together. There is also a queen size air mattress at the home.

We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)

We are local and always available to help with anything you need, but we are not onsite and the space is entirely yours unless you need us for any reason.

East Nashville is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, parks, small shops, venues, and coffee shops. Our house is within walking distance to several and also walking distance to a grocery store for you to easily and affordably stock up for your stay! East Nashville is family friendly, is close to downtown and all Broadway has to offer, it has a wonderful, supportive community. It is a very unique part of Nashville.

Getting around Nashville is very easy, but only the pocket neighborhoods are walkable once you are in them. Example: East Nashville, Downtown or The Gulch.
If you are looking to explore the city you will want to plan to take Uber/Lyft (which are available 24hrs a day and usually a 5-10 minute wait) or rent a car.

Would you like a local musician to come to our townhome and play a private set? We can set that up for you. Just ask how.

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.

2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.

3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
