We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The house is spacious and has terrific views of Brooks Lake. We will definitely consider visiting in the future.

Host was very accommodating and the place and views were beautiful, I would have given it the highest rating except they don't leave you any extra toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags other than what is already on the rolls or in the cans in addition to no extra bath towels, only 2 per bathroom

Amazing!!! So clean. Perfect for our group with the 2 living rooms: allowed for some people to have quiet time while others played games. Having the boat was a great addition. Super clean great value highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, well appointed home with beautiful views. Also enjoyed the pontoon rides. Fishing off the dock was a plus for our granddaughter who, with her dad's help, landed a 17 in largemouth bass. Host communication was excellent. Garage a plus. Lots of stairs, so not the best for aging guests or physically challenged. Location was great, lots of towns to explore with many restaurants venues. Great overall experience, just what we needed to relive our fond michigan lake memories.

We had a wonderful stay at Brooks Beach House! It was a great home base for exploring Newaygo and nearby towns while still being a quiet, peaceful place to come back to and relax. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for, with beautiful views that made the stay even more special.We really appreciated all the extra amenities and especially loved having several coffee brewing options to choose from each morning. It was those little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.The host was great to work with and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Newaygo area, and we’d happily stay here again!

Love the host's prompt and attentive communication. Love this property, as well. The views and location are beautiful! We loved it so much last year that we came back this year. One thing that was disappointing this year, though, was the cleanliness. Last year, it was spotless! I'm a clean freak and I was impressed. This year, several places in the house were unfavorable and dampened the vibe of my stay. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying at this lake house.

Such a gem of a house! Extremely clean, well appointed, and literally ALL the little things to make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We rented the pontoon and explored the lake, did a little fishing, and enjoyed the sunsets. Our little family will be back to visit again.
