Location is great. Kamaole 3 beach is just across the street. This a great beach with lots of sand and we saw a turtle swim by multiple times. One small problem for us was that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, so the main area can get a bit warm. Other than that, this condo unit has everything you would need, including washer/dryer and 4 beach chairs.

Such beautiful condo! My family enjoyed eating on the patio, walking to the ocean, and the provided beach chairs. Two bathrooms made post-ocean showers easy - and the kids loved hunting geckos outside! Lots of tasty food nearby, and plenty of beach-activities only minutes away!

The location is great in Kīhei. The pool was great, wasn’t crowded. Part of the beach was being repaired, so more pool time. I know the trade winds, but during our stay in October, it was really hot on the lanai after 1p. The bedrooms only have a stand alone AC which are very loud. The tv room was very warm I think coming from the modem. We had an issue w one smoke alarm, the managing company handled but a bit slow. Doorbell didn’t work. Note it’s a 2br 2 bath but one bath is not in room. Parking is ok, large SUV and pickups could make it tight

We had an excellent stay. Location was perfect. Apartment was across the street from the beach. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We only had one issue (fire alarm beeping) and the staff took care of it immediately. They are very responsive. They also provide local weather alerts as needed. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the pillows. In fact, we bought some when we got home. :) The apartment is a few blocks from some shops and restaurants however the "main strip area" is further down a couple miles. This was perfect for us because traffic did gets very busy (and loud sometimes) on kihea rd. Overall we would definitely stay here again. It has everything we needed and was comfortable and clean!
