This property was not quite what we were hoping for. When we arrived we found that there were dishes in the cupboards that still had food on them and the floor left everyones feet and socks black. The linens on the beds appeared to be very old with holes and various locations that had been stitched back together. The mattresses aside from the king bed were quite uncomfortable and the kids fought to sleep on the couch bed. Overall we were not super impressed with the unit. The location was good and the pool and hot tub were busy.

I'm so sorry we missed the mark for you. We are in the front office here on site. Please say something while you are here next time. The linens with the stitching are the ones we leave for the sofa bed. Many times they get ripped in the sofa bed mechanism and we have those sewn. You are right that the sofa bed is very comfy. It's a tempurpedic mattress. You are the first to mention the beds so thank you for saying something. Thank you for visiting us at Luana Kai.

Check-in and out was a breeze. Property was clean and well-maintained. The TV remote functioned poorly and the dryer didn’t dry well. The kitchen was convenient. The pool was fantastic. It suited our family of five well.
