Unit B311 with AC is a deluxe, two bedroom, two bathroom, partial ocean view condo with a  remodeled kitchen and master bathroom. It has an upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed and a downstairs guest bedroom with two twin beds. B311 has tile floors in the main living area, laminate in the guest bedroom & carpeting upstairs. There is a clothes washer/ dryer in the condo.  There are a/c units in each bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms. B311 has a great view of Haleakala, the putting green, pool, and Pacific ocean.

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.   Tennis & pickleball courts.

FREE parking
NO elevators so you walk up 3 flights of stairs. 

Luana Kai is conveniently located just 10 minutes by highway from gorgeous white sand Wailea beaches where you can snorkle among beautiful fish and coral reefs, bathe in the Wailea sun or enjoy a picnic.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Nice location but needs security cameras in parking lot, unfortunately we rented an electric scooter moped and was stolen from the parking lot. Other than that it was a pleasant experience, would stay here again.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
