Aloha and welcome to paradise! Recently renovated with split unit air conditioning with iWave-m ionizing air purifiers on each head!! Ocean view is absolutely amazing!! Watch the boats going to Molokini Crater year around, and see the whales in the winter, all from the cozy lanai! This condo has 2 Master Bedrooms (private and loft) with Queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and 42" Samsung smart TVs. Living room has a 55" Sony smart TV, a queen sofa sleeper with a comfortable mattress, and a desk/workstation if you just can't escape work. Two full bathrooms with an on-demand water heater, so you never run out of hot water!! Newer furniture throughout, and washer and dryer. Ninja blender to perfectly blend smoothies and drinks. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler, and beach wagon provide for a fun day at Charley Young Beach (directly across the street), or one of several other beaches within walking distance. Tennis rackets and balls as well as Pickle Ball rackets and balls are provided to play at the courts directly behind the condo, then cool off in one of the complex's 3 pools!! Also, if needed, we have provided baby equipment (2 strollers, 2 pack n plays, and a high chair)...just let us know you need them and we'll set them out for you!!

We have stayed in several units at the Maui Vista complex and this was by far our favorite. Everything was clean and the beach equipment selection was fantastic. We loved the air conditioning in each space and everyone slept comfortably. Because of its location, there was no street noise or foot traffic at night, which made for a consistent great night’s sleep. The kitchen had all needed supplies to cook and everything was in nice condition. Lots of seating options made it comfortable for everyone to share the space. Shannon was very communicative and prompt from the time of booking through the stay. Absolutely recommend this place, especially if traveling with kids!

Great place for two couples

It was exactly as advertised and suited our needs well. Good sunset views and close to Charley Young beach. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers,etc. to make trips to the beach a breeze.

Perfect property for our vacation

This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 5. A well designed condo with great utilization of space. No neighbor noise, close to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball racquets. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

Shannon’s condo was amazing! Location was super close to the beach and good restaurants. She has amazing amenities and A/C which is hard to find on Maui. I would have loved to stay longer and actually use the kitchen - maybe next time!

Absolutely beautiful place at a perfect location

This is an absolutely beautiful place, which was even better looking than the online pictures. We loved the location, cleanliness, the ocean view with Molokini crater, and how centrally located it is in Kehei to everything we wanted to do in the island. Shannon was very quick to respond to my queries. Very spacious place for a family. Everyone in my family simply LOVED this place.

Location is awesome

The condo is very spacious and well equipped. We are a family of 6 and were very comfortable here. There is shopping, dining, and several beaches within walking distance of the home. The property itself has several pools and tennis courts. Very quite and a beautiful view. You will love it.

Had a great time!

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving holiday weekend and it could not have gone any more perfect! The condo is very equipped with all kitchen necessities and standard house hold items to make your stay comfortable. I have stayed at many rental's and this one was by far the most comfortable. We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children and the condo was a little tight space wise. I would recommend only staying here with 4 guest. Would definitely come back!

Excellent experience! Condo was just as described, very clean and well stocked! Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand towels, wagon, boogie board. Everything you need for the beach, Charley Young beach was just across the street. Great location, walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Maui Vista Gem!

Where do I begin! This place far exceeded all of our expectations. From the view, to the location and layout/cleanliness. This was our third trip to Maui but by far the best condo we have stayed in. We are a family of 4 and this condo was perfect for us. The owner was great and checked in a few times throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. The condo was super clean, and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony in the evenings and opening the curtains to such a beautiful view every morning. We would not hesitate for a second to rent this condo again in the future. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Aloha Perfection!

Perfectly located in Kihei across from Charley Young Beach, this fully equipped 2bd condo has all the comforts of home. It is in a quiet, solid concrete building with awesome ocean facing view. Shannon provided helpful, clear instructions for driving from the airport, check-in parking, amenities, and check-out. Easy peasy and no-fuss. A/C always kept us cool and comfy. Bathrooms well supplied with towels and toiletries - the entire unit for that matter with washing up and laundry supplies. Did I mention the proximity to the beach? Shannon supplies guests with all your beach needs (cooler, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.). We spent every morning on the beach, afternoons touring, and closed out our days with an evening dip in the pool. Perfection! Thanks so much Shannon for sharing your home with us. Mahalo

Cute little condo in a great location

We stayed 3 nights in this condo with 2 adults and 4 kids (2,6,9,16) and loved it! So much to do within walking distance and on the property itself. We were in Lahaina for the first part of our trip and had a friend recommend a few nights in Kihei as well so we picked this unit. We arrived later than we wanted and weren’t sure of the area because it was overcast and light rain on and off that day on the island - however, the condo itself ensured us it would be a great stay and it was! Everything was really up to date with cute decor touches. We had everything we needed for home cooked meals or BBQ’s and everything and more for days at the beach. The beaches are within walking distance and having a wagon to haul everything helped - I wish we had planned for more beach days while here! Great communication with the host, the view was gorgeous. AC’s and fans kept it quite cool. My only minor dislike was the attached bathroom in the loft because it was small. It worked for my husband and I since we took the upstairs bedroom but since I’m 5’9 the shower felt like a tight fit - not a big deal because the main floor bathroom was so big so we had options when getting ready for the day/evening. The hosts did a great job giving this place a “home away from home in paradise” feel. We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Kitchen was well stocked with everything and more that we needed for our stay. Also the closet also had plenty of beach supplies, chairs, umbrella...we recommend this property.

Booking my next stay NOW!

Shannon and Kevin’s property is exactly as listed and has everything you could need for an amazing stay on Maui. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer to have used all that was available for us! The property was clean, easy to find, had amazing views, and was well supplied. For our long days out on the island it was always nice coming “home” to this property. Every moment truly felt at home. It was easy to communicate with Shannon and Kevin, and they were very helpful and kind. Can’t wait for our next trip to Maui! Highly recommend! 11/10 rating!

The unit was as promised. It was clean and quiet. The view was great. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lanai. The kitchen was well appointed and enjoyed cooking meals. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Beds were comfortable and the a/c in every area made it really comfortable.

Great views and location!

This condo is on the top floor of the third building in the Maui Vista complex. You have a distant, but excellent view of the ocean, which is perfect for watching the sunset. As an added bonus, if you are there for New Year's, you have a perfect view of the fireworks in Wailea. You are also a short walk down to the Charley Young Beach and local shopping.The condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. It is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Kehei!

Great stay, felt like home!

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again on our next Maui trip. The condo had everything we needed, making it feel like home. My wife, a coffee lover, would have appreciated a Breville coffee maker like the one we have at home – that would make it feel even more luxurious, ha ha! The beach was just a short 7-9 minute walk, which was super convenient. It was also great having air conditioning to come back to after a hot day out. One small suggestion: maybe check over some of the items and replace anything worn out, like the hairdryer in the upstairs bathroom. Also, a nicer body wash with a fresh scent would be a great touch. Overall, though, these didn’t take away from our wonderful stay. Thanks again, and hope to return next year!

We. and our 4 oldest children, all attended and graduated from BYU-H on the North Shore of Oahu. We chose to put some roots down in Maui as we love the energy and spirit of this island. Great location!! Everything you need is within walking distance...groceries, restaurants and of course, the amazing Charley Young Beach. Views from the Lanai are breathtaking and the sound of birds singing and smells of tropical vegetation make this a paradise to remember!

What makes this property unique

Did we mention Air Conditioning?? We love the warm, humid weather in Hawaii, but a little AC at night is a game changer for a good sleep. Enjoy!!
