This home was the perfect setup for our 14-person company retreat. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and everything worked exactly as it should. The hosts provided clear instructions throughout the home, so there was never any guessing about how to use appliances or amenities.The kitchen was ideal for a large group, with two refrigerators, two microwaves, two ovens, and two dishwashers. It made preparing meals together easy, and we were all able to sit down and eat together at the dining table. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed.The location couldn’t have been better. Beach access is just a two-minute walk to the left, complete with parking and sand showers. Restaurants, shops, and other attractions are only about a three-minute walk in the opposite direction, making it easy to leave the car parked.Overall, this was one of the best vacation homes we’ve rented for a large group. It fit our team and the purpose of our trip perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place for a larger gathering.

Beautiful house! Well equipped and well stocked. Owners have thought of just about everyrhing including 2 high chairs. This was a blessing to our large party which included 3 infants. The 2 refrigerators in the kitchen the one in the garage and the 2 dishwashers are so useful for large parties!! Having king size beds in several rooms was amazing. Another plus: balconies on both sides of the house, and a large table to seat many people. One tip: if you are having trouble getting hot water in the shower, back it off full throttle to about 75%. That worked for us.Only issues: the dryer does not dry well. Several of the beds are more on the firm side. There's a liight from the blue house that shines into the upstairs master bedroom. Blackout curtains might be nice for those rooms.

Great Stay

Everything was walking distance - the beach was only a block away, the grocery store 2 blocks, & the bars/restaurants 2-6 blocks..the pool & hot tub took a little warming up, but they were used multiple times daily once they did..the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was ideal..the layout & common areas were very spacious..the kitchen was well-stocked..was an overall great trip/experience with family & friends..THANKS!!

South Padre stay

Four couples enjoyed a one week stay in this beautiful home from Feb. 22 to March 1. Everything was exactly as stated in the presentation. The weather was a little cool when we arrived, but once things warmed up, we enjoyed both pool and hot tub.

Perfect Family Reunion House!

We came to town for a family reunion and it was the absolute perfect location and size house for our 14 adults. Walking location to grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. Would recommend this house to all but keep in mind the main living space is on the second floor just in case you have much older guests but besides that everything was great!

The location is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Beach is right across the street. Great family fun, everything you need in the kitchen. Just FYI the living area is upstairs, and you will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.

Wonderful place

Everything about the place was great, short walk to the beach and grocery store down the street! Jimmy was very a big help, very nice gentleman. Good communication with Lyly. Loved that they had more than enough towels ready for us, beds are very comfortable and clean. Overall we had a great stay and time, I would recommend booking this place.

Perfect location! The house was spacious for our group of 14. We had a few issues with the thermostat and power and water but was resolved immediately. Good walking distant to the beach and shopping. Pool and hot tub was amazing! Great place we would stay again!

Plenty of space and really nice

We booked this house for a safety meeting and it was a very wise choice. We had plenty of rooms for all the employees and their family. Both the adults and the children enjoyed the pool all the time we were there. The beach is within walking distance. The house was clean and everyone was very helpful.

We traveled with 7 couples for a 6 day stay! The house was AMAZING! Had more than enough room, location was perfect, and everything you could think of came included. Easy process! Pool and hot tub were perfect! *recommend bringing extra pillows, each bed only has 2

Great beach house for family gatherings

This place was amazing , we had a 4 family’s stay in the house it was prefect. More than enough space , House had everything we needed except beach towels but we brought our own . It’s walking distance to the beach and a small but pricey grocery store. We had a blast in the pool spent more time there than at the beach. This Beach House has everything you need to have a great vacation. Will be staying here again. The owner and property manager are great as well !

Great Location/ Great Property

We had a group of 9 friends and family. The gathering spaces worked out beautifully. House one of the best stocked we have ever rented. The home and pool area were well cared for and spotless. The location is perfect - could walk to beach, bay, grocery store and multiple restaurants/bars. Communication with Lyly was excellent. Highly Recommend.

Family time in SPI

Our family of 22 spent the week together. There was enough room for everyone to do their own thing and also have multiple activities going on at once. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for making large meals.Very close to the beach, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us to make it more than the first couple of days.Would definitely stay there again if we have another family gathering in South Padre.

New place to call home.

This house was a block from the beach, a 5 min walk to the sand. The house had everything you need to feel at home. Lily was very responsive to all questions. We have never stayed in a house this beautiful and spacious. All bedrooms accommodated the adult guest.
