Spanning over 7,200 sqft., this stunning 10BDR 11BA estate sleeps 24 guests and boasts private direct beach access via a boardwalk, covered balconies, and an infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views. Upon entry, the bright, open-concept layout creates seamless flow throughout the main living area. Kick back and relax in front of the 74" mounted TV. Luxury design touches like exposed ceiling beams, shiplap, tile floor, and high-end furnishings give you a one-of-a-kind experience. Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Rideshare and taxi service is extremely hard to arrange last minute. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Overall, a great stay. The location was fantastic and it's an easy walk to the beach. The house was as advertised in the photographs. Everyone in our group had a great time. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and the common areas were comfortable to hang out in. The only drawbacks were the little things that are easily fixable - no kitchen towels, no oven mitts (we bought and left some), only one set of silverware, a sandy washing machine, and soap dispensers that were half filled with water instead of soap. For the price, we expected fabulous and got great.

The property was great! Very spacious for 20 people. Every bedroom had its own bathroom - very nice. You can fit more cars in the garage by driving them to the back which is helpful.WiFi could have been better but that’s really the only thing I’d say would be an improvement. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat for a group our size.

Everyone in our group LOVED everything this property had to offer. No one was disappointed and everyone demanded that we rebook this location next year. The rooms were beautiful and the amenities were top notched! We enjoyed the island so much but to be honest, everyone just wanted to stay at the house and enjoy the space. Check in was easy and the departing instructions were minimal and easy.We will be back next year for sure.

Perfect for extended family to gather and stay for a wedding weekend. Beach access was wonderful - loved the comfortable and inviting gathering spaces on top and bottom floors - outside balconies were all utilized. Spacious bedrooms with private baths were awesome. Will stay again on next visit!

There were 19 of us. The house and rooms were all spacious. The view fantastic. It was just a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and having an en-suite in each bedroom was so nice. Reuben, our host was great and we appreciated all the amenities provided. Loved it!

My family and I had an extraordinary time. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. We would not hesitate to go there again. There was only two drawbacks that we were able to work around and those were the elevator because there were a lot of steps. But we were made aware of that ahead of time. And the parking, which we are also made aware of.

This property exceeded our expectations on every account. It was in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful views. I’m about a two minute walk to the beach and the thing that impress me was the size of the place. We knew it was gonna be big with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, but I didn’t realize that on the fourth floor there was a massive second of living space. Plenty of room to cook and play and hang out. It was awesome having that upstairs living space for the kids while the adult stayed on the main level. I would most definitely stay here again.

There were some minor maintenance issues from previous occupants that were taken care of immediately. This is not a handicap accessible unit. 21 steps to main level. 52 steps from that level to top party room. My husband had open heart surgery in January so had all he could do to get to first floor. Our family enjoyed the upper levels, we did not. Elevator broken for over 3 months. It is not available for guests. They tried to repair for us but more parts were needed.
