The unit also offers several closets, providing ample storage. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer, ensuring a seamless and comfortable vacation experience.

This property is professionally managed by 808 Maui Vacation Rentals, an associated division of Keller Williams Realty Maui - License RB-21851. Our on-island team will provide a complimentary basic starter set of home amenities like dish detergent and pods, laundry detergent, and paper kitchen towels, in addition to a bathroom starter kit containing a set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, soap massage bars and toilet paper. Please consider that our amenities are only starter kits and are not meant to last for the entire length of multi-day stays. Please consider shopping for your preferred amenities for an extended stay after you have settled in. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrellas, boogie boards, and coolers for your stay. We have a specific allocation of those beach items for each unit; additional beach items can be rented from nearby beach rental shops or delivery services. A roll-in bed can be reserved upon request for an additional surcharge. Our reservations hotline is available to all 808 Maui Vacation Rentals guests during our regular office hours and at nighttime to assist with late-evening check-ins upon request.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect…right across from the beach and within minutes of great coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, making everything incredibly convenient.We also really appreciated all of the extra amenities provided, including snorkel gear, and other beach essentials, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and it truly felt like a home away from home.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui!

Great place to stay in Kihei

This is a great place to stay. Room was clean and VRBO hosts were very professional to work with. I hope to stay there again in the future.

The host communicated excellently both before and throughout our stay. The condo was spotless, ideally located, and offered plenty of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were ample towels, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards available; snorkel equipment was also provided, though we brought our own. The pool and BBQ access were fantastic. Overall, it’s a great location—right across the street from a beautiful beach and within easy walking distance to shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Maui Banyan review

My friend and I were in town to do volunteer work and we needed a place to sleep and shower. The ad said it was a remodeled unit but there were still some places that needed to be cleaned (bathroom vent, closet shelves) and repainted. The appliances requested showed obvious signs of use. Despite these flaws, the communication with the managing company, specifically Lukas and Todd, were excellent. They made sure my requests were fulfilled. The location is right across the beach making it easily within walking distance and finally, it appeared there was 24-hour security which made it safer for the people and our vehicles. Mahalo Nui Loa.
