The space
Welcome to 'Saltwater Sunset!'
Breathtaking sunsets await, with the added perk of a 6-seater LSV/golf cart and 4 bikes included!
Step inside and be greeted by the floorplan's open, light-filled spaces. Every corner exudes high-end coastal charm, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. Relax with ease in the spacious living area, or take the festivities outdoors to your screened-in porch and expansive paver patio with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a BBQ grill! The chef-Inspired kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, ample cabinetry, and a large island with seating for 4.
Also on the first floor, you'll find the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first master bedroom which is complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.
Up on the second floor, another master bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Two additional bedrooms with Queen beds both have access to a shared covered balcony, and also share a hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination. And for the younger ones, a cozy bunkroom with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds is the perfect retreat! The bunk room has a dedicated bathroom just across the hall, with a shower/tub combination.
Perfectly located in the heart of Prominence on 30A, this beautifully designed home puts you a quick walk from The Big Chill, where you'll find tons of restaurants, shopping, live music, family activities, and more!
As a guest of Prominence, you'll also have access to two beautiful resort-style community pools (one heated seasonally), poolside grilling areas, and easy access to over 17 miles of scenic walking/biking trails! Also, don't forget to take the LSV/golf cart and bikes to explore all that the area has to offer!

Guest access
Prominence is one of 30A's newest vacation destinations, and includes complimentary access to two huge resort style pools (with zero-entry), private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (with grills), and more. A quick walk and you're at The Big Chill which features restaurants, boutique shops, and the Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights!
The neighborhood pool is also heated complimentary October/November, March/April and the two weeks around Christmas!
BEACH ACCESS:
There are several convenient beach accesses!
-Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access point is located about 1 mile to the east - this is a small access and can be easily missed, but is probably our favorite!
-Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.6 miles west. It is popular, but you should know: there is a small parking area at the access (approximately $3 for parking), bathrooms are available, the walk from parking to the beach is a little longer than most beach accesses. It is important to note that because this is a state park and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location.
-Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is ADA approved and is located about 3.5 miles to the west. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval- small animals only. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. There is one medium sized dog kennel provided at the house for guest's use.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. A full charge will last for 15 miles.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, fire pit, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
