OK place needs lots n lots n lots of exterior work
The interior of the house was not well cleaned by the cleaning crew. floors under furniture was filthy.
There were enough kitchen supplies, though we had to hunt for some.
There were mouse traps in every closet, including open live bait...so our dogs would have eaten them and you know not survived the encounter. with live bait on the floor then the dogs licking the floors would also have gotten sick.
for our needs there were fragrances in every room so the house smelled like someone spilled a bottle of cheep perfume. Those we removed since one of our party has a breathing injury.
The grounds were filled with cutoffs of shrubs so every time the pups went out we had to pick off hundreds of burrs and other things.
the house exterior was covered with spiders and spiderwebbing and dead insects.
the deck railing is broken.
there were no instructions for how to operate the remotes in the house so the TV was useless and so also the games. The room AC independent units also had remotes that need instructions as did the lights and ceiling fans.
outside the renters needed to sweep out the carport...it was full of dead stuff and very fine dirt...did not want to get that into the house.
Throughout the deck, carport, driveway near the carport and by the entry gate we picked up several dozen nails from previous construction and current remodel. Truly if my tires end up flat the owner will be charged for new tires. Some nails were kept to prove to the owner. Other nails were jambed in
